I met and shook hands with Pete several years ago. Was in town one Sunday killing time so I drove by his shop to show my wife his artwork on the building. The street out front was torn up with traffic cones scattered about, but with no traffic at all in the area we stopped in the middle of the road and snapped a few pics. Seconds later ole Pete came by from the opposite direction, apparently doing a security check/looksee if the street was fixed yet. After a minute or two of pleasantries, I drove away with the feeling that, yes... good ole Pete is in real life the fellow you see here on video. Left a smile of my face way out of sight. Best part was the wife's impression... "That's the guy you watch at night all the time that wakes me up yelling...huh?"

Just put a tent up to keep the water off of you and you will have a place to stay when Minnie kicks you out.

That 10 is just for looks inside the building. The problem is the roof on the building. You need to go up top and deal with the problem.

Fix the leak on the main roof ,problem solved.

The problem is more than likely the roof. Go up on the roof and see if any of the rubber washers around the screws are missing or the rubber could be flattened or broken. Because the screws are over tightened, If they are unscrew the screws and replace with new screws.

Why not fix the leak in the main roof? You are going to make the problem worse by diverting it to the exterior wall.

Leave the panel down until the next rain. You might get a better idea of where the leak is coming from with the panel down.

Couple ways to ensure against leaks after the panels are stair stepped properly. Get on the roof with new steel panels and replace the roof or much cheaper, get on the roof with a roof coating and roll a coat of it over the entire roof.

Hey bro, this is God you have to get up on the roof and fix the problem the water running down. The tin on the inside is a shit hole problem it’s going to saturate the insulation cause mold and it cannot get outside from the inside. It’s going to run down your wall, the next problem we have if you have carpet in there is soaking ass wet floors !

LOL started this video. Instantly my eyes are on the tandem bicycle with the panels welded in the frame. I still have a frame that my Dad welded up panels on. I zoomed in close looking in the very beginning of video and I hear ya talking about the ceiling panel. Sadly, your roof is not a done deal. I live in a 51 year old Buddy mobile home with a metal roof. I have to have my roof painted every 5 years to prevent water leaks. Not ordinary paint, a special elastic paint that is expensive. Gee, you haven't done a video of how beautiful your roof is. You're a good painter, a video of you spray painting your roof would be entertaining and informative. I absolutely love you guys, been watching for years, you deserve a million subscribers.

It’s funny in the previous video where are you address the leaking roof only for me to show up to work on a Sunday for the only drip in the entire building to pull up on top of my toolbox and destroy my Bluetooth speaker and power strip .. The only body guy showing up on a Sunday to relax and get some work done out of 10 Bodyman. My toolbox is soaking wet on top. 😂😂 you can’t make this stuff up Pete !!!!!!!!!!

So you're putting a bandaid on the issue until you forget about it and it rots the metal eventually. Since you're removing the panels get up there and find the leak. Have Minnie spray water on the roof and you can find the entrance drips. Harder than it sounds but it's worth not having your $100000+ building get ruined from a water leak

I don’t think those rusty panels are the roof , he has the roof , insulation and then those rusty panels , that I assume he wanted as part of the decor. The problem is the water is getting through the roof , passed the insulation, and running down the inside of the rusty panels . What he is doing is not stopping the roof from leaking ..he should know better .. and bring in someone to fix it right .

No , it will create a moisture issue worse than you already have . Judging by the rust you have already, the moisture issue is terrible. Better idea would be climbing on top of the roof to fix it. I would have weather treated it if I spent so much money.

If i was over your way I would get on your roof and fix that leak for you! I would look at the screws and see if any need replacing and replace them and then coat the roof with sealer.

some black henrys sealer works great on steel panels,used it on steel roof on a mobile home and sealed the leaks up for years!

I would assume that those Panels would not be that Rusty considering that I think,but I could be wrong they are coated with a thin layer of Zinc Oxide,and the term is called Galvanizing the Metal, to keep the Metal from Rusting for a time ,and I read that they should not start breaking down for at least 10 to 15 years, and seeing that your Building is only 3 Years old.... one would wonder why they are so Rusty

Pete I'm new subscriber. What is the paint ratio for hardener per gal. Of paint I haven't painted for awhile. But my 56 chev needs finished. I'm using polyurethane enamel and I agree never buy cheap paint. I depend on. Ppg. Products. And 3.m.tape..thanks Pete I feel you're pain. I also play guitar and love cars and God.
