Hi! I've been fighting like this as a hobby for a few years, and I must say - watching you fight actually didn't make me cringe. For an absolute beginner with no experience, you are not 100% terrible.

I now want to do something I never knew I wanted to do. thanks again Max. I'm signing up to medieval fighting and a nudist colony. let's hope I don't manage to combine the two

Although I would go one more & write "wilt thou duelen"; "will" because it references an intention, in the present tense because there is the possibility that it may happen (as opposed to "wouldst" which is in the past tense, implying that the opportunity has passed). However, this is not querying an intention, but a desire, so even better would be "pleasest thou to duel", or even go with the Germanic synonym & say "likest thou to duelen".
