I know everyone’s different and grows up with different experiences, but I totally embraced my 8-9 hour trips home in college. Then when I moved back to Georgia after grad school, it was a good 10-11 hour drives to my mom’s house. There’s just something about being on the open road jamming out to music.

@@KaitlynJohnson I was 10 when my family moved from TN to GA, so I grew up making those trips a couple times a year to go visit family. It was just normal for me. When I grew up and realized not many people made 8 hour trips regularly, it shook me!

I live in Illinois and I watching you put winter clothes in your bag and I'm laughing. By the way, I recommend getting a mic for your camera because every time you put your camera down, your sound quality goes down. Getting a mic for the camera. And if that means get better camera, you attach a mic to it then do that trust me it will help your video quality and sound quality a whole lot better so people can actually hear you. The really loud and then the moment you pick up the camera, they gotta turn the volume down.

You are so lucky to have GPS. I used to get so lost, in my own city. What is a probiotic gummy? I get constipation all the time (since I was a kid). I usually just buy these Kroger chocolate laxatives. They make me go in a day. I'm unfortunately out of them. But I had some BMV (what I call them, bowel movements) today, so I don't have to worry.

My daughter brought her laundry home! 9 hour drive for her. Yes, that much laundry. It’s OK I would always wear jeans on the road trips. Even as you get older, jeans or long pants. If your gasoline is half full, stop and fill up/bathroom! Just go! Not good for girls to hold it. I love getting drink (caffeine) + some breakfast. Always have your water mug filled. My daughter has done it (hours and hours) I have done it. I love your channel. Your family is so proud of you. Road trips and music is so fun.❤

I'm like genuinely afraid to drive on interstates (My car was totaled on the interstate thanksgiving week) and i go to college in less than a year, i cant even get on the interstate without having a panic attack basically.
