I would definitely buy one set if I had a workshop or not too far from you (currently in the Philippines). But the whole idea is great! Nice product 👍(you might also want to sell the schematics as a digital download + a monthly commercial license so people from other countries can produce and sell them, that is pretty popular with resin miniature printing)

Chris Just now watching this video (no clue how I missed the notification when it originally posted) and one of the comments mentioned something about coming up with a way to store the track vertically. My shop is in the basement and wall space is at a premium. How about giving the poster’s request a little more thought and see if you can figure out a product to store that track vertically so it can take up a smaller footprint on the wall. Maybe the brackets have a piece that fits through some gap in the track? Maybe a piece that snaps into the end of the track so that it can hang? Keep up the awesome ideas! I pray 2023 is a great year for your family and your business! Happy New Year! OPHS Class of ‘87!!

Chris great product and it just goes to show the integrity you have especially when it basically was another person's product/idea the only thing you now need to design is something that will hold the actual tracksaw either between and below the track holder's or above them. As always brother 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.

Hey, I noticed at 3:15 that it looks like quite a lot of the cutting bit's shank is exposed, if you seat it further into the collet you'll get way less deflection, better cuts and less likely to break a bit. 🙏

I keep stock of three-quarter inch blanks that fit perfectly on the CNC. It makes things more repeatable and a bit easier for me that’s all. Although with the shortage of three-quarter inch happening a bit more and more I may have to resort to everything being half inch one of these days but until then I’m gonna use what’s the constant here

4:30 that looks like you could use a ramp up into the shipping office. Ya, you manhandled that load up there, but how often do you have to do that and how much of a toll does it take? And what if you have heavier loads?

Chris, I love your stuff (and maybe you do this and I haven't noticed), but use that laser to put your logo on your things! Branding my man! Carry on my man!
@AGlimpseInside
@AGlimpseInside Год назад
I can definitely appreciate it. But I really don’t like branding my stuff. I’ll tell you what the goal is. Let’s say someone has 4 to 5 items of mine and they’re organizing the shop with them. The idea is is for someone to look at it and go hey, is that all of Krista stuff I think it looks like it. I would like it to be noticeable without the brand. Plus I’m a little funny about putting my brand on things because I am from the mindset if I get like a bad ass car I would rather debrand it to not show off the fact that it has 1,000,000 hp. Hope you get what I’m putting down brother

@MCsCreations

Really brilliant design, Chris! Nicely done! 😃 But yeah, some things are pretty difficult to store! An idea would be a drill bit holder for the drill press! You know? That you would screw around the metal pillar of the drill press. 😉 Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

Good video and nice product but hanging horizontally takes up 4-1/2 feet more wall area than hanging vertically.
@AGlimpseInside
@AGlimpseInside Год назад
As it’s hanging down vertically does it not take up wall space somehow? Help me understand
@garybarchas4984
@garybarchas4984 Год назад
@@AGlimpseInside hanging vertically leaves the wall wide open for tool holders, etc. If it hangs vertically at the end of a wall it only uses a few inches of wall which leaves much more room for other holders,hangers, etc. If you have a length of wall that won't be used for anything then your method works fine. It's just a matter of expediency. It's a clever solution all the same.
