Get a better price than in any pawn shop, that's for sure. $1675 with gold around $1950? That coin sells for around $2050+.

@@alangrund5031 it is 1 ounce troy aka 31.1 grams of pure gold, that's why it weighs more than 33 grams total because the rest is silver and copper mixed but it does contain an exact troy ounce of pure .999 gold...but yes the coin is 22k overall

Yes it is one full oz of gold. I understand you have to keep the lights on… but you could have paid him melt and still made easy money in a gold eagle. Premiums are through the roof on them
