They can start by identifying the vehicle. Get some auto designers to tell you what make, model and year. The detectives can start a gym shoe investigation by matching that vehicle in the system and eventually, identifying the owner of the vehicle.
You know once this red wave hits I really hope juries get to deal out a heaping helping of that hot DP (Death Penalty) which a lot of these criminals have been begging for these past couple years.
