If the crime is on video, Why do they need an eyewitness? Witnesses are fallible the tape is all the evidence they need. Send it to the FBI for enhanced photos, etc. No excuses are acceptable for this injustice

This is so sad that teenagers are killing each other. It's almost a every day thing to do. Where are their parents? Discipline starts at home. These kids have no love for themselves or others. These teenagers are predicting their own fate. We can't always blame the parents for their children's actions. A child can be taught right from wrong. The problem is that children don't always utilize what we teach them. The major problem with this generation of teens they listen to each other and they want to be like each other. I think that's the major downfall with them.
In another case, to set an example, a teen was sentenced to 140 years for killing someone. These teens need the same sentencing. It's way far past the time for a slap on the wrist.

Kids posting guns...where are the parents. Some of these parents/guardians need to start being held responsible for these kids actions, and maybe things will start changing.
Robin, I agree, the only that some of us can think of is, start throwing parents in jail, even if it’s only for a month or two. What else will make these kids think twice before shooting, I can’t see an end to this kind of violence.🤦🏻♀️

You know I'm a mother too my heart truly and sincerely goes out to the young man's mother and family. My condolences to them no matter how long ago it happened. My heart breaks for black community's dealing with crime against ourselves nationwide it's embarrassing, disappointing to see . It's crime and bullshit going on in every race and nation , don't make you feel good or bring your loved ones back. Trying to make laws and confiscate guns at this point of where the American country is there's no point because no matter what we try there's always going to be a way to obtain and if have you have to use a gun. I feel like the topic of guns and weapons period are complex and difficult to talk about. I would like to think that there are truly people out there who want a God given right to protect themselves and their families but the right way. I can't say rather people are happy with people taking that right and abusing it. Meaning using guns to committ life changing actions just to be evil or hurt another person. I think people should have a mental examination before being given a gun. You don't want powerful weapons like that in the hands of unhealthy and unstable person. I think the days of people using their mental health as an excuse to destroy another person's life with actions and decisions made by an individual should come with harsher punishment. People live with mental illness issues and conditions everyday but they do not do bad things to other people. We all have to be responsible when using and having weapons as powerful as guns. It's nothing to play with I feel like guns should only be used for life threatening situations not to be Evil and play God with someone else life. People don't get it's not just about the victim who was killed. It's also about the trauma and life altering change it makes in people's lives who are attached to the victim people who loved and cared about the victims . Trauma and tragedy changes people and not for the good either. It's hard to see or come back from dramatic and traumatic situations, even circumstances. ♥

The “no snitch” problem came from not being protected by police after stating what happened. So many black died due to retaliation of telling, so that’s how it came about, my question to you is why get on a video with smirky racist comment? It's insane because they interview these people of relatives that were lost but they really dgaf because instead of interviewing and investigating, they need to do something systemically to end this shit. They are making money off of people's pain, misery and murder.
That witness who doesn’t want to destiny is going to end up DEAD. He should’ve kept his word and the shooter would be sitting in jail a long time. I pray for justice and safety for the witness🙏
