Everything you said it`s totally rings true for me, so thank you for being the voice of reason, peace, empowering , and of sound mind. Best video you’ve ever made

Hey man I went through the same growing up as one of the few Latinos in my middle school. I had lots of Desi friends and they were tight-knit as a result and less peopled messed with them. Luckily it really lightened up by the end of high school. And by then, my skin was so thick that slurs didn't affect me whatsoever. All that racism towards Arabs was definitely fueled by our garbage mainstream media. They genuinely LOVED pushing all those wars. Now I experience racism from all these activists who claim to stick up for us, and expect me to think a certain way. So much for progress....but I'm happy to say I have friends of every race you can think of, including many white people who have always had my back.

At one point in everyone’s life there is insecurity in some form or fashion. Being raised in the south there was separation between blacks and whites. Now that I’m Older and wiser my entire concept of color has changed. Brown is now my favorite color. It goes with everything❤ You are awesome and are so talented.

I am around the same age as you and it always makes me sad to see other brown people's experiences growing in less diverse places. Location matters so much for us minorities. I feel quite sheltered growing up in Toronto surrounded by other desis, at times it almost felt cool to be brown. Then I go on the internet and it feels like the opposite.

I think this is why diversity in society is so important, because if you know people from different cultures when the media talks about how a certain culture is dangerous etc. You know first hand that it’s just a lie and that they are attributing one or a few peoples actions to many.

I had the same feeling as a kid. I thought that being white is the best. But when i started to learn more about my Indian and Hindu history, it made me be proud of myself and made me realize how colonized my mind was.

Yes, absolutely. We need to be proud of our culture and respect the others as well. The worst part is when a group of people do something wrong and then the religion is pulled into picture and the entire community has to suffer.

This was me earlier, I remember crying that I wasn't white. Now it's awesome and I wouldn't trade my race for anything, it's just a matter of maturity and education

They dont really have that problem in the uk we have the British-Pakistanis here they are British and India at the same time. They fully assimilated into our culture and their own. Its normal. I went to school with many of them.

Now I understand why Indians and other brown people can be in white Suburbs and not have one white friend. Always thought that was odd because i felt you all were highly acppeted by whites and you all never speak up for Blacks and latinos. Cause you all do not voice your experience with racism like Black Americans fight for equality. So I never thought you all dealt with it and lived in oasis and were the accepted minority. Plus you all are able to build and whites not burn your success down like history shows what happened to Blacks who tried to build in America. But I learned you all do, especially from this video. I just wish all minority would come together but due to white struck and not wanting to upset the admired white man, we will never will globally. The white men are genius in getting all to adore them to the extent that others hate themselves and other minority with same struggles.

Ashamed of being brown ? be not; People from the middle east & asia got a very rich culture & history to be proud of. What we call Mathematics today literally came from your people, before it was hijacked by white europeans & whitewashed & made european! The real tragedy are us Africans 😭😭😭🥱 we apparently got no share of credits in the knowledge of any fundalmental discipline whatsover 😢😢😢 and the worst part is that it's probably true! Some even claim Africa got no history! What's worse than making a people believe they don't have a history ? 😢
