Signed up for therapy with BetterHelp, got to the end and saw how much I'll be paying weekly😮 even with financial aid.😂 I bookmarked it sha, for when I can afford it. I do need therapy, but the Holy Spirit will continue being my therapist for now.
Better help is freaking expensive Therapy is expensive I wonder why Walking into a regular hospital and speaking to a doctor doesn’t even cost that much
Concerning cancel culture, I believe it has always been in existence but the fact that commenting on social media is free and we are not speaking in person makes people forget that we are all still humans!
I saw the video clip of the guy talking about how the kitchen is where is safe...blah blah. I told my friend that "fine boy has opened his mouth to speak" 😭
The fact that "clothes" is mentioned in "second hand" clothes, no question about that. And na who you tell sey na second hand clothes you wear go know oo 😂😂😂😂. And tbh, throughout my university days, na second hand clothes I wear and na confirm one. Second hand clothes dey last abeg 💯😂. Moreover, this is my first time commenting on your video after a lonnnnng time being your follower. I must say, you are doing a great job and i wish to connect with you when next i come to ghana with my husband. I love you MARAJI ❤
Hey Maraji You’ve been on my mind lately for days, I really hope you’re doing great. I hope the boys and the big man isn’t so stressful for you Can’t want for you to come back, we’d be here for you anytime❤️
Hi Maraji, awesome work with this video. Recently in one of my courses in school we’ve been discussing the fast fashion industry and their violation of every Environmental , social and Governance issue. Thank you for shedding light on this. Sustainable clothing is the way to go
Maraji , thanks for always using your platform to promote things that are important to us as a community 👏👏👏 you got yourself a supporter for life ❤️❤️ You see that feminism in Nigeria, even our law maker see women as an object it’s disheartening sincerely. We have a long way to go
That woman part? Nobody said it better, me personally i'm getting fustrated by how everyone, mother, aunties and church members women think I must know something becos of a man... I don tire, they won't let me be me, I just dey cry det watch that part😂
The part about second hand clothes.....as a thrift vendor i'm so happy people have these way of thinking concerning them ....thank you maraji......for the records every other points you mentioned made absolute sense
Hi Maraji, you have been on my mind a lot lately and I know it's the holy spirit invading my thoughts with your name. I pray you prosper and be in good health just as your soul prospers
great points. Fast fashion is a real menace. "fashion influencing" plays a huge role in this over consumption. These clothes rarely make it to the second hand market as they don't keep. Ending up in land fill - a whole different conversation.
I love this video This things needs to be talked about ….. I have always said it The male child should also be trained like the female child , so it can be balanced…… Well done dear
I just love Maraji 🎉🎉. Happy to watch her videos every single time. Thanking so much. This is very refreshing. I don't comment at all but I just had to. I missed you. I hope you're good?
I want to believe that she maybe depends on her "husband" financially and that is the only way to support herself because why why 😒😏🙅♀️🙅♀️? (I could be wrong). But yoh....
Hmmmm Depression what i can relate to. Earlier this week, i had to chat with AIGPT and even the app advised i do alot of things that some people can't even say cause they feel i cannot be depressed. Omor😩 (Thank You For This😊) I agree with you about that man 😂😂(e don mess up) How is the kitchen safe? Anything can happen in the kitchen too na.
Maraji may God bless you ALOT...You encourage me like this ranting is NEEDED..I won't lie Nigerians are going through a lot which is affecting the mental health/The part you said don't cancel someone for their opinion is sooooo right people need to stop shorting people because they don't roll with your opinion, And again CLOTHES Maraji the way people don't have knowledge that it causes pollution, and not even knowing the chemicals and all thanks for educating people....About the Marriage stuff I don't even want to go they cause that's a very ANNOYING talk babe kaiiii..!!God go bless you for the scriptures and all #trainthemanchild
I'm so happy with your resolve about secondhand clothes. It's the only thing you do that use to make me feel I wish I could lecture her but who am I? 😂😂 😊
“Protecting the family from whatever danger that comes” all through my life we’ve never had burglars or thieves break in (And I hope that never happens) But you know what’s always constant, your wife cooking you dinner every night. These men compare situations that have 0.0001% probability of happening to daily household chores
I’ve been depressed for close to a week now and RU-vid keeps recommending this video and that’s what the video started with. I’m so touched 😭 especially because you related it to the Bible. I don’t talk to people anymore because human beings are so disappointing. Even when I crave to talk to a friend, I try my best not to because they will still end up disappointing me. As much as I know I have God, sometimes I still want to talk to someone. It’s so hard😭 because I get sad, A LOT. I’m just tired rn, of everything.
I love second hand clothes too. And one thing i love about them is; you hardly see the type/styles somewhere else. This was really soothing to watch😊 Plus the background sound
Marji I just have to say you are an amazing film maker. I know this may be a small platform compared to the whole movie industry but you have the potential to be one of the best film makers in the world your RU-vid channel is the most professional and refined I've seen. Well done 👏👏👏👏 keep at it we love your stuff. 😊
Maraji! My absolute fave! I feel like she's one creator i don't get tired of watching. Always making sense. Even when its hilarious. Please kindly make a video on how broke people (like me😂) can start a RU-vid channel with little or no gears, except phones, of course....and how to grow.... Thank you ❤
How are you and family doing Maraji? I hope all is well with you and yours dear…. I noticed it’s been a while you uploaded a video. I pray that the peace and Love of God continue to abide with you and yours. Here waiting for you to get back stronger and better in Jesus Christ mighty name, Amen!
I really needed that christian and depression section. It really cane handy. Cos I narrowly escaped death as a one chance victim a week ago loosing all of my gadgets, iphone, Android, laptop and funds. But here I am saying God is still faithful cos I'm alive
You see second hand clothes. I agree. I’ve had to return a lot of things I order online especially SHEIN… why charge so much for very little quality. It’s getting annoying and ridiculous
I also buy second hand clothes like from Vinted or Flea Markets and it has really helped me be sustainable. I also take care of my clothes bags and shoes to resell them. ❤
Maraji is soo onpoint, these men be acting as if they are protecting people like 100 years ago . Maraji you are my twin, we watch the same thing and have the same reaction
This is such a great expository on subjects that should continually be discussed in family circles and the different dimensions of the Nigerian society, its sad, some men of this generation still live with and pass on idealogies of their ancestor's generation. please note I said 'some'. And that fashion industry in dier need of innovating and integrating the circular design thinking into its production process. There's just a lot we need to get right!!!! I love this session @maraji's world.
I really wen i was almost depressed and decided to use betterhelp, wen i saw the money as a broke girl, the depression disappear 😂. I’m definitely going to use them once i have a stable finance coz my mental health is still not in a good place 😢
Oh, I didn't know I hadn't subscribed to your channel since how many years I have been watching you, but I just did now, let me seize this opportunity to say I love you and your content, keep being you, cheers.
This video is definitely therapy. I had a long and stressful day physically and emotionally but then I saw this video and coming back to watch it fully had been therapeutic. Something to focus my mind on ❤❤
Honestly loving as christ loves is the koko, marry a man that is kind, that loves you and his kids to bits and will joyfully look after his family. It's half the battle, some fights and arguments are none issues because your man just wants to do right by you
I agree with each and every point you talked about on this video. Especially that of feminism and cancel culture. In as much as I don't tag myself a feminist, I'm someone who strongly disagree with shutting down females or making them feel less of themselves. That man who posted a video of his brother's pregnant wife, I really want to know if he'd want his daughter to be treated like that by another man(if he would, that's his and his daughter's cup of tea). I also believe that you're not worthy to be addressed as a man if you derive pleasure and happiness in shutting down or belittling a person just because she's a woman. Women also have rights and they should not be denied their rights. I watched one of your previous videos where a pastor was speaking of menstrual cramps and mood swings (if I'm not making a mistake). I really wish I can ask him if he'd think the same if his daughter develops an attitude or mood swings because of her menstrual cycle and if he'd perform a deliverance session on her for such. Speaking of Saida Boj's point, they're points she has portrayed on her page that I strongly agree with, just because she talks about a point that you don't agree with, you believe you should shut her down?! Some men out there have talked about things too that are totally wrong but no one says anything, this man who posted his brother's wife, why didn't he go viral, why didn't they ban his account or is it that irrelevant? Saida Boj milking money off men is something something so many people do too but they just choose to drag her because she talked about it and took full responsibility of words. Hypocrisy is another thing so many Nigerians live for. Your words are real and are very much appreciated by me @maraji❤
Im curious about why you don't label yourself a feminist when what you just stated, a woman should be treated with respect and not seen as a commodity that can be treated with disrespect is a part of feminism. I see Nigerians ( especially Nigerian women)purposely misinterpret what feminism is every day, it is really sad. We talk about issues that women such as equal education, equal pay, sex for grades, rape, etc but we don't want to be labeled as feminist just because some people choose to mislabel and misinterpret feminism and make it seem like a bad thing when it is not. And we act like we have to go along with this so that people can validate us as women. I don't understand, can you give me insight into why bring up feminist issues but say you don't identify as a feminist? Why is that, I'm really curious?
That video that man took, it could have also just been that she couldn’t bend to drop the food for him because she’s obviously heavily pregnant so she knelt down to serve him the food for convenience. But it’s wild that he thinks it’s okay for a heavily pregnant woman to do that for him 😂😂
Honestly everytime you upload a video I learn something new. There was is trend on tiktok about the bear and the man who would you rather be stuck with in the forest and the way each and every woman choose the bear and the stories about what the man would do but the bear 🐻 wouldn't broke my heart and I couldn't stop crying🥺. The garment fashion industry is just horrible hmmmm I've been wearing second hand clothes since I was born and won't stop ever😅
lol, You see the way your eyes widened at the end of that intro before the opening montage? That was the same way my eyes widened . 🤣🤣. cos what the heck did he just say?
