I'm 47 years old.....currently in the diagnosis phase. The psychologist strongly suspects adhd (inattentive)....I get my official diagnosis after two more meetings. Wish I'd known sooner.
I know we as Neurodivergent people new always we where a bit different. I’m 54 and think now is my time to figure myself out and be aware how my brain works and how I organize my life better to have it work for me not the other people in my life.
