Hey, there's actually 3 different Hype Johnny cards, which one is spawned depends on the rank of the space in which it's played.

So I have finished all the side quests and stuff pre finishing chapter 12, I imagine these named cards are after that point?

Some of the cards are only available after you beat the game. They're all mostly legendaries

When you say post game do you mean ng+?

No after you beat the game. NG+ is chapter select basically.
