Andy and Marlo are called back to Wanda's house after she attacks her neighbour. Andy, tries to talk Wanda down while she holds a young boy hostage, but the situation escalates and a startled Wanda pulls out her knife; before she can attack the boy, she is shot by Marlo. Andy and Marlo argue over how the situation was handled, but ultimately agree that Marlo was just "doing her job".
From Season 4 Episode 3 "Different, Not Better": Andy and Marlo are partnered up and must learn to put their differences aside to help an unstable woman.
