In the video where the guy is talking about the 1877 DA. I have no idea why people say the 1877 DA is a commonly broken and very hard gun to work on. It's not a hard revolver to work on. It's main flaw is just the trigger return spring. It's Extremely easy to fix. The entire gun is not hard to work on at all.
Those oversized triggers and trigger guards look familiar, like on the "New" Colt Cobra and King Cobra lines, could this be a harbinger of doomed failure like the predicessors ? When I first went to look for them in the gun stores I was disappointd as an old Colt fan boy and instead ended up buying used a S&W 64 and 60.
