Also you are truly adorable!
@@perpetualyawson8297 lining of the uterus is too thick is why the hypo word comes it. Probably has to be treated in that type of situation. Left untreated a small percent of people can develop cancer. I would get it checked on with including a special diet/ meal plan as this video explains. Hope your doing okay, and continue to do extensive research until you get the results and experience you are looking for! The diet does work btw I did for me and many other women. Do Castro oil packs after periods 3. Antioxidants- Vitamin C, vitamin E. Dandelion tea, green tea. 4. Try to limit stress ( be conscious of it)
I was plant based vegan (the healthy type, doing all the healthy things) for 10 years and now I' diagnosed with endometriosys, adenomyosis, hashimotos, sibo. At this point, I really don't think cutting meat is helpfull (in my case, it probably made things worse). I do agree with all the other things.

Thank you for sharing your story. I've been dealing with endometriosis and adhesions of my right ovary to my abdominal wall for over 30 years. I started my periods when I was only 10 years of age and the pain started around the age of 14/15. Having it removed, just me approximately 12 months break of the pain before it all returns and actually worsen by bringing extra symptoms with it such as migraines, extra fatigue, sluggishness, lack of energy and fogginess of the brain just get worse every-time...I'm so over it. The last time I had it removed it was at stage 4. So, I'm willing to give a new diet a try even if it just reduces the severity of the pain and other symptoms.
Great to hear that you did not opt for a surgical procedure either. Since being diagnosed several years ago; I’ve mostly been able to address the physical symptoms holistically through food and Iyenga yoga. Also cut out cow’s milks a couple of years ago which in general has made a huge difference. Distancing yourself from toxic environments:people helps no end too!
This was very helpful and informative. Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🏾 I actually had to have one of my ovaries removed due to endometriosis (now that I look back, I wish I wouldn't have gone through with the surgery). Still hope to be pregnant one day 💛 I have tried to cut out meat and dairy (went vegan for a week lol). I just find it SO difficult, I love these food groups, and also carbs!! So glad this benefited you in the long run!
It’s not the meat or the milk (which is which are perfect proteins for the human body) it’s it’s that the industry pump some full poisons and removes any nutrition. You have to buy from local farmers, who do not use any of those methods.
Thank you so much for sharing this ❤ I just got to know that I have endometriosis yesterday, though I was having symptoms earlier but got neglected. I'm going through blogs articles community and it's very overwhelming, but this video gives me so much hope and motivation ❤❤❤ Thanks anna
Thanks for this video. Just letting you know- hormonal birth control does not reduce the growth or spread of the endo lesions themselves. Birth control does help with managing symptoms like cycles and pain for some people. Some great points here, thank you 😊
Thank you for sharing your experience...it's so helpful and encouraging! I've started intermittent fasting recently and my period pains are less painful. I'm hoping the fasted state helps with healing my endometriosis. I am also boosting my immune system and I've cut out meat. I'm still on fish for now as I am finding it difficult to cut that out but I'm taking it step by step. I'm also exercising regularly through walking a lot and exercising to work out videos. I'm also on natural hormone balancing tablets. Hoping my husband and I can have a baby soon by God's grace - I look forward to updating you :)
@@FitPandaAnna Thanks for checking in Anna. I'm still on my journey like before and just trying to keep up with it. Although lockdown period in the UK has made things more stressful. I am enjoying intermittent fasting and hope to do a 2 week fast at some point xxxx
Mined is improving too!!!I just got my ultrasound done today and my endometriotic cysts have reduced in size in just 2 months. I am emotional right now. My periods r also pain free. I am not taking any pills guys it can be reversed .
Hello Anna, thanks for the video...that is really amazing. May I know whether you were on mini pills while following the things you mentioned in the video? How are you feeling now?
Thank you Anna, for the information and your experience. You are the first person who I have come across that has mentioned the hormone release when animals are killed and how their meat may effect humans when we eat them. I thought about that a while ago but, forgot to research it, I do believe it’s true. I plan on giving a plant based diet a try for a month and see if that’s effective in the long run.
Hi thanks so much for the video. I was told I have endometriosis after having my right ovary removed 2 weeks ago. I will definitely be doing everything you said as it makes a lot of sense. Thanks x
Thank you for doing this vid. I heard another lady in America say she did the cutting out diet and healed her body completely too so I defo have faith in doing this too. Regarding cows being pumped with hormones does this include Organic foods too? x
I have lived with this since my mid thirties after an Rh factor incompatible misscarriage when the emdometrial cells migrated to my pelvis. I have just recently undergone my last surgery (fourth at 55) to laser the lesions and as well to remove fibroids, which grew first w my first pregnancy full term. Ultrasounds can identify fluid filled cysts but can not identify or image the endometrial lesions outside of the uterus. Sometimes in bad cases a cyst can be imaged off a spinal nerve mimicking a spinal or Tarlov cyst but in reality is endometriosis which can only be confirmed w biopsy. But to view the lesions of endometriosis in the pelvis or to confirm it is gone one would have to undergo diagnostic laporoscopy. I’m unclear as to if they repeated the surgery just to see or know how it was doing. If so and it’s gone, then that’s amazing. Either way with your pain reduced it is still amazing. A drop in hormones as one approaches or enters menopause may also reduce the lesions as they stop shedding and bleeding w the menstrual cycle. They most often like to perform a hysterectomy. It if a woman is cycling normally I believe the best treatment is pregnancy. Synthetic hormones I agree have their risks. And hysterectomy causes a women to age from the day she undergoes the procedure. Happy your feeling better. Thanks for sharing. 🍃🌸
Oh thank god...i found your video here! I was really stressed and panicked after i got to know that i have endometriotic cyst..after watching your video i feel relief..hope it works for me too!🤞
In addition; Cutting out GLUTEN has helped me tremendously. It took 2months to really see and feel a difference, much love to all of you suffering through this!
Thank you so much for sharing this video.. i will start following all your tips. Hopefully it will work for me as well. Congratulations for this achievement. I have one question: did you stop yogurt as well? It do comes under dairy right? I love yogurt so thought to ask u this question.
If you can't find vegan yogurt in your local market, you can always make your own with the fat/cream from canned coconut and mix it with probiotics. There are videos on youtube explaining how to make your own.
Can anybody explain what actually madam said and how she healed this Endo.,? I m suffering from stage 4 Endo with other complications too. Can anybody help me out?
@@morningtea1761 there are quite a few videos on RU-vid about how other woman cured themselves, keep researching it. For the most part they all say to get off of dairy and go plant based. Tons of info on plant based diets on RU-vid as well! Just remember that the hormones in dairy and meat are not meant for us. These animals have horrible living conditions and watch each other get murdered, there are tons of hormones that are released into their bodies from fear stress and anxiety, these are terrible for us to consume and they disrupt our natural internal hormone production.
@@morningtea1761 oh dear. Sorry. Actually you are not alone. Am also suffering from stage four n went for a laparascopy . So in the video she recomended that you should do exercise, then leave out eating meat and drinking milk plus all diary products, then also do fasting. Also i add one more, praying to God. Lets try all this dear. Lets make an effort. Am sure we shall over come. Thanks dear for sharing your experience
@@a.d.5037 Hallo. I am good but just cant conceive after almost 10 cycles of trying. I met several OBGYN in my country, they did ultrasonography inside and i was referred to radiologist too. all of them just confirmed the same thing. what about you?
Found this video because I'm on the endo diet (avoiding anti-inflammatory foods: no red meat, processed sugar, caffeine, dairy, gluten). Thanks for sharing your experience! This does sound like a great lifestyle change for you. I don't mean to be rude, I'm just kind of confused... were you on birth control the entire time? Isn't it just gone or regulated by the birth control? How is that a natural healing? I'm confused why someone would stop eating meat to avoid hormones but would simultaneously take hormones. All of my doctors said hormones from meat and dairy aren't the issue, but rather that they are inflammatory foods. Just as an example, estrogen is way higher in many plant based foods than animal based. For example: ng estrogen/500g product for soy flower (755,000,000) or tofu (113,500,000) are way higher than milk (32) and beef from an implanted (has a hormone implant) steer (7). There's a ton of studies on that. Don't get me wrong, I'm cutting these things too. But I think it's important to understand the reasoning. If you want to avoid hormones, you might be cutting the wrong things? Also eggs are not a dairy product. I don't know why people say this? Dairy includes milk or milk derived products. Eggs are just eggs. Happy for you and hope you don't find the comment rude. Just wanted to point some things out. Best wishes on your health journey!
Don't worry , thanks for clarifying you didn't mean it in a rude way :) yes I was on the pill, but the doctors told me this would only stop it growing a lot, as it would aim to reduce my periods. I cut out the products due to both hormones and inflammation (and ethics, actually - but that's not the point here). I figured I had to take the pill to stop it spreading, but that I could do what I can naturally too. It shouldn't have completely disappeared according to the gyno, but it did :) hope that helps. I'm not a scientist I just wanted to share my experience. Maybe only one thing helped, maybe it was the combination - who knows!
Thanks for the reply! That's amazing that everything is gone. I've been struggling with decisions on whether to go on hormones are not. So, it really helps me to see lots of different opinions and approaches. I appreciate you sharing your story and opening a dialogue. Hope you continue to be happy and healthy!

@@komalsaksena5114 oh I see. I'm just having lower back pain and I wanna figure out something to cease that. I know it has something to do with endometriosis
I don't know if I have endo but I do have horrifying pmdd. When I strictly cut out meat, even for one week, it helps to cut down pain and bloodloss by 50%, along with cutting out dairy, wheat and obviously any unhealthy food. Very important! You should never ever have coffee, not even decaf. You have go buy grain coffee (coffee made from grains) or chicorei (not my cup of tea, tastes like licorice and I don't see the point).
Watch dr eric berg talking about it.. he says they feed cotton to the cattle and the cotton is mostly gmo.. so its full of estrogen n they eat that.. i got endometriosis when i was a vegan (5years) i ate soy and legumes all the time and estrogenic foods so i stopped eating that. Meat is a life saver for me… everyones body is different. But yeah dairy, eggs n sugar isnt good..
Thanks Anna 💞 I had a cyst 5.5 cm size two years ago, the dr. Though it may be a chocolatecyst. They just did an altrasound and they gave me birth control pills and told me to have a strict diet for 9 months and the cyst reduced in size to 2.2cm. They told me to stop taking the pills and continue to eat healthy away from cow milk. Now after two years the cyst still in same size but my uterus is large in size and the dr. saw small cyst looke like on the uterus through altrasound and they think its Endo. They told me to take the pills again for two months from now, so i was worried and felt a bit relieved after i listened to your experience, again thank you 😞💕
watching from phils.its a great pleasure to me..i have endometriosis and im suffering for almost 8 yrs.i want to ask you..is it good to drink organic milk with oatmeals
I had an laparoscopy and during that they discovered that I had stage 4 endometriosis. Unfortunately the painful periods never stopped and I was never able to conceive. Apparently it grows back, even if you get the surgery. I think that's what happened to me. I was put on the pill and instructed to only use the active pills and leave out the inactive pills altogether. After about six months my periods stopped. Although I have incredible relief, I am not happy using the synthetic hormones. It is just so unnatural. I will definitely try what you suggest and see if I can get my body to heal itself.
You can try natural progesterone cream if you do not want to take synthetic hormones....i applied progesterone cream from day 8 to 26 for six months...now i stopped as i am trying to conceive....
What about grass grazing happy farm animals? If I were to buy grass fed quality meats and eggs and dairy where the animals are relatively happy and only suffer the last min would this be an alternative? I heard there is a ton of health benefits from quality animal products.
Hi there. When you said they checked you and said it was gone, was that a surgery? I still havent had a propper diagnostic because i dont want the surgery
@@FitPandaAnna Do you remember what scan? They told me that the only way to see it is through surgery and I've had several of them :( I would love to be able to get a scan - that sounds great!
@@marybethforeback9620 I'm afraid I don't lovely, I wouldn't want to say the wrong thing. It was like an ultrasound though. I had an external and internal scan where they insert the scanner thing up and then scan. That wasn't nice!! It's not a definitive way to diagnose, and even if they see cysts they can't conclude it's definitely endo but it's what brought it to their attention in the first place! Surgery is awful, I'm sorry you've had more than one, it sucks! x
Can you please explain your experience in written as I have bit difficulty to understand what u did to cure ur Endo. I m suffering from stage 4 Endo with other complications too. It will be great if you help me out... Thank you in advance... God bless you Awaiting for your reply..
Morning Tea hi.. i know stage IV is too painful. I would suggest you to try treating it with homeopathy medicines or try other natural methods. Try to avoid frequent surgeries it affects a lot on our reproductive system. And try to do all the lifestyle changes suggested in the video it helps a lot.
Thanks for the video but title is misleading because you did have surgery... so endo can maybe be cured naturally after medical intervention not solely naturally... excision surgery is usually required
It's not misleading - the endo returned after my surgery, like it usually does. And I didn't have surgery again, they told me it was growing in a place where they wouldn't be able to operate. Hope that helps x
Hi I have endometriosis left side 5cm and right side 2.5cm doctor suggested me surgery. Is it good to conceive after surgery or before surgery. and which food I have to take
Hi,i cut down meat and chicken. But I'm having salmon twice a week. I should cut salmon too? Pls advise I have endometriosis too, also pls advise what type of intermittent fasting are u following 16:8 and how long.? It would be a great help thanks
I cut out all animal products personally :) I think it depends on your body and what "disrupts" your own hormones etc and causes inflammation. I think a lot of animals are pumped with hormones to grow quicker, and dairy has hormones in it from being a liquid to turn small calves into big cows quickly. I was doing 16:8 so I would eat between 12pm and 8pm. :) hope that helps! X

Was it a time where you by yourself understood that the endo was gone? Like Im so tired of the side effects from the medications, so I will try doing what you said, but will I feel something when its gone, or should I just ask for a scan a few moths later?
Hey! Honestly no - because I was on the pill so I didn’t notice much change (as the pill stopped my periods). I myself went and asked for a scan to check up... but I would wait more than a few months because it will take your body time to heal :)
Thanks for this video. What type of food do you eat as a vegan? Is it only vegetables? Do you take carbs such as bread, rice, noodles? Is yogurt a dairy? How do you get your source of probiotics? Thanks 🙏
Hi! Nope, definitely not just vegetables :) I eat a lot of carbs - bread, rice, pasta, noodles etc. I eat a lot of beans and lentils (protein), fruit, and vegan products from the stores e.g. fake meats etc. Yoghurt is dairy, but I buy vegan yoghurt :) You can get vegan yoghurts with probiotics in health food stores usually, however I just buy Alpro most of the time. Probiotics - fermented foods, and sometimes a vegan probiotics supplement :) Hope that helps!
zul luz I tested very estrogen dominant a couple of years ago. I’ve been taking calcium-d glucarate to knock down my estrogen levels. Hasn’t fixed the adeno quite yet, but my cyst is gone. I’ve switched from taking a large dose during PMS as needed for symptoms to taking a lower dose every day for my entire cycle. If all this crap likes estrogen, I’m depriving it of as much estrogen as I can. But that’s me and I accept the risks I take monkeying with my hormones. Brazen supplements have been great for hormone misery, too. Foreverbrazen.com I take both formulas. This was my first full month, and the difference was drastic. Good luck. I feel for you so much.
When you changed your lifestyle did you stop taking the pills? Did you also go back to your old lifestyle after u you were told that it had gone or did you stick to your new lifestyle?
No I'm still on the pill unfortunately - I was told I can come off it but I'm very scared to due to what I've heard from other women who have come off the pill after a long time. I've just purchased some books on amazon about coming off the pill, as that's my next journey. I didn't go back to my old lifestyle though - I feel so much better generally having made those changes, so I've stuck to it :)

We Indians don't eat meat and we have days on which we don't eat non veg for religious reasons like Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We eat only on weds, Fri and sun shuffling between chicken, fish and goat meat.
Honestly I just do it as often as I can. Some days I can't because I'm going out etc or I REALLY don't feel like fasting but most of the time I do it daily. If you are only starting it might be worth only doing 3-4 days a week for a couple of weeks as well :) I have a video on IF as well xx
I had endometriosis level 4 when I was 39 years old and had a surgery. It came back after two years as I expected. Since I have stopped eating beef and cheese, I felt a lot better but I know it came back sometimes. Until I started doing fasting, I could hardly feel the pain. Now I am very excited to try castor oil. Hope my endometriosis can be totally gone soon😊
Hello! Your video was amazing and sure will be helpful to many out there. I too was diagnosed with endometriosis. I had two chocolate cyst on my left ovary and went for a laparoscopic surgery to remove them. Since then i was on some medication. Firstly, lupride injection that would stop my cycle which i took every 3 months for 9 months. And then i was asked to take mini pill for the rest of my life. My first issue is that though I am taking mini pills I am getting my periods (irregularly). Does this happen to everyone and will these periods get back the endometriosis? Or if you think the mini pill which I am taking is not good enough, could you please suggest the one you took if you hadn’t this problem? Second issue - If I cut out the dairy completely then in what way can i gain enough calcium everyday? What are the foods that i can take as an alternative which are also available during all the seasons? This means a lot to me. I am eagerly waiting for your reply. I am so happy that i found a person who also went through the same issue I had undergone. Thank you :)
Hi lovely!! So in terms of the mini pill, as far as I'm aware this is normal. I've had the same issue (random irregular periods despite being on the constant mini pill). I asked the doctor and he said this was normal, although I imagine getting a second opinion wouldn't hurt :) On the calcium thing - when you buy plant milks, they are usually fortified with calcium and B12. I buy Alpro brand mostly, and they all say added calcium and B12. Also I eat chia seeds most days, they have calcium. Almonds, dried figs, kale is great (1 cup contains 350mg of calcium!) :) hope that helps

being on lupron or any type of birth control pill will not help with your endometriosis as they are bandaids that suppress the pains you would have experienced . im sorry but your Dr most likely was not an excision specialist and did not remove your endometriosis. do you know if they did ablation ( which is burning the top layer off while leaving the rest behind) or did you have true excision surgery where it is cut out . endometriosis continues to spread to your organs while on these types of medications . my child is almost 15 and continues to suffer after having surgery hers came back right away . she has severe stage 4 endo, adenomyosis which is like endometriosis of your uterus and causes severe pelvic pains & bleeding as well as endometriosis on her bowels. having diet changes may help with flareups of endometriosis ONLY . there is no cure for endometriosis sadly. having been on lupron you need to have a bone density scan as well . my daughter has also been on lupron which causes weakness and bone loss as well as other horrid side effects like brain fog insomnia depression anxiety weight gain chronic migraines & thats just a few . the worst is suicidal tendencies. again do your research first .
