Pepper - 1 pc
Garlic - 5 cloves
Tomato puree - 200 grams / 7 oz
White wine - 100 ml / 1/2 cup
Thyme - 4-5 sprigs
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 30 grams / 1 oz
Olive oil or vegetable oil - 10 ml
Method of preparation
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter with olive oil in a pan, add the thyme sprigs and 3 cloves of garlic.
Sear the chicken in the hot oil for 3 minutes on each side on a moderate heat.
Then we take out the meat, thyme sprigs and garlic cloves. In the same oil, cook the onion, pepper and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves for 10 minutes on a low heat. We salt.
Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato puree and black pepper.
Place the chicken in the resulting sauce, cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on a low heat for 30 minutes.
