Getting off of flavored air now. Honestly, nicotine withdrawal is like a cold swimming pool. It's super uncomfortable, but if you jump in all the way and stay in it for a bit, you adjust and realize "This kinda sucks, but I can definitely ride this out", and with that mentality you're home free.
