It was a fight and had to get a lawyer to write their insurance a letter threatening to sue, and they instantly sent an offer for $5k, after 3months of back and forth I settled on $16k..

Three weeks ago I was rear-ended on the 55 freeway southbound about 1 o’clock in the morning. Three days later after I left the body shop with an estimate. While sitting at a light by the Long Beach airport. I get rear ended again. Twice in three days or is it four days. Both times they were on their cell phone. And the same damn excuse. I just looked down for a moment.
Happened less than a week of me having my mustang… cow got out of someone’s property in the middle of the night. Had to replace my hood. I came to a full stop but the cow decided to do a barrel roll on my hood
