I got to see her last month in Seattle; it was my 2nd time going to see her live and this particular tour has the best material she's ever performed. She gave us 3 hours & it was great to show her the support that she deserves. Kathy did well with this interview for 'Nightline' and it's crazy to think about how many people are out there that would consider themselves offended by her perspective. Sure, she might offer an anecdote you don't care for or maybe you don't like her at all, but it's not "her perspective" -- it's just the truth.

It might offend your delicate sensibilities because we have leadership that doesn't bow to the likes of Trump or Pence, but regardless, we're a community that believes in representation for all citizens, and not just the top tier. It's an honor to live in WA State; we recognized same-sex marriage back in 2012, we had legislation protecting women's reproductive health choices & abortions before 'Roe' ever existed, recreational marijuana is legal, Seattle is a sanctuary city, and we're just one of a handful of states that has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration for it's policies & practices concerning immigration. Let me guess...you support none of the above? That's fine, stay put wherever you are. :-)
