I know it’s hard to say “NO”! 

Saying “NO” when you really mean it, can be both daunting and empowering at the same time!
But the truth is, if you want respect, you need to give it to yourself first. And saying “YES” when you really want to say “NO” is throwing yourself under the bus. When you disrespect yourself, you will never earn the respect you so desperately want from others!
