@@RecitationOfQuran1 they are the dreams someone has to achieve in life , not the dreams of sleep ,i am at a stage where i want dreams that let me sleep cause i am sleeping for 2 hours a day for the past 8 years
Ya,bruh even my mom but I still love her I can never ever stop loving my parents I ask my mom many times how to sleep 😅😊because I cant get sleep properly
Ye every mom’s be like that, sometimes when I was younger I said that I couldn’t sleep bc it was so dark, and my parents asked me why and then said that when you close your eyes it’s gonna be dark anyways😂
@ABDØ not rly My cousin was able to fall asleep in like 2-5 seconds he was talking and then fell asleep for real , my mother is also capable to fall asleep in like 1 min while i need 10-40min (and thats after learning how to fall asleep faster before that it took me hours of lying like a log in darkness)
My mom taught me this as a young child. She would do guided meditation. I still remember it to this day; “Close your eyes and take a deep breath, imagining yourself standing on a serene beach. The golden sand beneath your feet is warm and soft, shifting gently with each step. You hear the rhythmic, soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore, their gentle ebb and flow creating a calming melody. Seagulls call out in the distance, their cries mingling with the soft rustle of palm leaves swaying in the breeze. The salty sea air fills your lungs, mixed with a hint of tropical flowers, creating a refreshing and invigorating scent. Let yourself be fully present in this moment. Feel the air, fill your lungs as your heart beats to the rhythm of the current as you allow with each breath, breath to sink into a profound sense of peace and relaxation. ❤
@@ROHITKUMAR-ph7or I asked Mom. This is what she emailed me… She said “just reading this while one is in a state of imbalance can restore a balance in more positive feelings.” So here you go :) Imagine yourself in a beautiful, serene meadow. The sky above is a perfect shade of blue, with only a few soft, white clouds lazily drifting by. The sun is shining brightly, casting a warm, golden light all around. Feel the gentle warmth of the sunshine on your skin. Notice how it feels like a comforting embrace, melting away any remaining tension. The warmth spreads from the top of your head, down your face and neck, across your shoulders, and all the way to your fingertips. It continues to move down your torso, your legs, and finally reaches your toes. You are completely enveloped in this soothing, radiant warmth. As you bask in the sunlight, you notice a soft, cool breeze beginning to blow. The wind gently caresses your skin, providing a refreshing contrast to the warmth of the sun. It rustles the leaves of the trees around you, creating a gentle, soothing sound that fills the air. Take a deep breath in and notice the scents carried by the wind. The air is filled with the sweet, delicate fragrance of blooming flowers. Imagine the vivid colors of the flowers around you: bright reds, soft pinks, deep purples, and sunny yellows. Each flower adds its unique scent to the air, creating a symphony of aromas that invigorates your senses. Feel the ground beneath you, firm yet soft with grass. Imagine the blades of grass brushing against your skin, adding another layer of connection to the earth. You are grounded, centered, and at and at peace in this beautiful, natural setting. Stay here for a while, enjoying the harmony of the sunshine, the wind, and the floral scents. Allow yourself to be fully present, experiencing each sensation as it comes. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring it back to the warmth of the sun, the caress of the breeze, and the fragrance of the flowers.
@@tarab3746 thanks alot❤️ just reading this make me calmed, imagination would be more relaxing. I will to do that at night. Thanks for writing it means alot
I once tried these sleep talking meditation guides, and first thing to do is to think about every part of your body and relax them like this method. Since then I always make this and it helps so much!
Once I got a job, it's pretty easy to fall asleep in 5 min because I'm tired. Being sleep deprived some nights will knock me right out the next day xDDD It hasn't affected my work yet tho.
I get the feeling not many people will want to do this method in the video often. From experience I've found wearing less clothes/less blankets (but enough to get that 'comfy bed' feeling) puts you to sleep better. Also for some of us more than others our brain will be quite active with random thoughts, some personally upsetting. The way out of that is to focus on something non serious, fairly familiar, easy to remember, satisfying to think about. For me recently it was thinking about what my favourite gun was from each type of gun in Far Cry 4. Another example for someone else could be favourite character from movies
it is 2:03 am and i have a HUGE test tomorrow i really hope this works i’ve been trying to go to sleep for hours now ive tried switching my body position, reading, listening to music, just closing my eyes, breathing methods, and nothing has worked i really needed this and i REALLY REALLY hope it works
Dude, this guy is so cool and inspirational, I love how he says he’s gonna do something and then gets it done. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to stick to your goals like he does, I love your content keep it up 👏
My brain : Hi my name is Carmen Winstead. I'm 17 years old. I am very similar to you. Did I mention to you that I'm dead? A few years ago a group of girls pushed me down a sewer hole to try and embarrass me. When I didn't come back up the police came. The girl said that I had fell and everyone believed them. The police found my body in the sewer. I had a broken neck and my face was torn off. Send this message to 15 people after you listened the whole message if you value your life. A boy called David received this message. He just left and deleted it. When he was in the shower he heard laughing. My laughter. He got really scared and rushed to his phone to repost this message but he was too late. The next morning his mom entered his bedroom and all she found was a message written in his blood saying 'You will never have him back'. No one has found his body yet because he is with me. A girl called Charlotte received this message and she immediately sent it to 25 people, 10 more than required. I still watch over every second of her life to make sure that she is safe and to keep her and everyone close to her out of danger. Send this to 15 people in the next five minutes if you don't want your fate to be the same as David's. Your time starts now.
Tips: make a very long playlist of you favorite songs, make sure they aren’t scary songs. I would recommend happy songs. EXP: cruel summer by TS, once you’re ready to try and sleep. Play those amazing songs!
My French teacher used to use this relaxation technique in class. Then tell us a story in French. In that semiconscious state you clearly understand what your conscious mind is still trying to learn. And the whole class jumps/reacts right on cue when we fell off the Eiffel Tower in the story.
I would absolutely love to do this. Whenever I need a good night’s sleep or a long nap. I’ll do this since I have a extremely comfortable blanket to cover up with
put the alarm clock or your phone away from your bed open the curtains as soon as you wake up or turn the lights on if it's still dark outside create a morning routine
HOW TO SLEEP 🛌 (GUIDE) 1. STOP WATCHING RU-vid 2. TURN YOUR PHONE OFF 3.GET OUT OF THE BATHROOM 4.FIND A BED 5.GET YOUR BLANKET AND PILLOW 6.CLOSE YOUR EYES 7.SLEEP😴💤🥱 GET THIS TO THE TOP
This really works for me, I struggle from anxiety and I have been doing this for few years now. The only thing is instead of imagining myself on a beach I just pray.
I'm watching this at 6.45am on a holiday cuz my mom's alarm is alwayssss ringing no matter if she's gonna get up or not... But she, can sleep in seconds:)
This was so helpful. I didn’t sleep last night so I checked this video, and I fell sleeps so quickly. Really helpful. I slept so well. I haven’t slept that well in a long time, thank you so much.
@@StingSovik Avoid taking tea or coffee past evening. Avoid all gadgets including mobile phone tv monitor etc past 7'o clock. Exercise daily. Goto bed everyday at the same time even if you don't get sleep. Turn off lights. And use this military technic. The key is to relax the muscles starting from head to toe. Feel the relief. Just concemtrate on the breathing and relaxation of the muscle while eyes closed. Hope this will be helpful. Screen time is the biggest villain in this modern era than anything else. It's hard to not to look at the screens. Good luck
This is actually used in yoga to end off your session and soak in your routine. You tense all your muscles one at a time relax them and then imagine them melting away for 10 ish minutes with a towel over your eyes. Very calming and grounding practice
Did anyone notice after the cold room the man was wearing tulsi kanthi Edit-for does who doesn't knows hindus wear chandan mala , rudraksha and tulsi mala It keeps us calm and keeps away from negative energy and feels spritual and god feeling.
alarm. pretty obvious. if you already use it, try setting on repeat. if you don't live alone, try telling the person that wakes up first to wake you up by force.
@@periperiisfree i said it, put it on repeat. i don't know if every phone has it, but when you shut it down or ignore, it returns, every couple minutes, and you can change to your own desire. just have your regular alarm and create others on the same time but a little later.
@@thalos730 it doesn't always work, I've unwillingly learned how to turn these repeating alarms off in my sleep and I don't even notice when they're on full volume
