I left Century Eggs, Fish & More in Everclear for a week 

Fun fact: This was supposed to be filmed with Absinthe infusions, but I literally broke 2 bottles prior to filming and my local store completely ran out. So Everclear was the clear second choice.

I have never actually cried while laughing while watching these videos until Doka attempted to swallow the century egg.

You are drinking a SOLVENT! I use Everclear for making extracts because of how good it is at pulling out flavors, and then DILUTING THEM!

I think the worst part about watching this is remembering how I drank Everclear for fun when I was in my 20s. Was the cheapest way to feel a buzz and was pretty tasteless. Only time I ever got sick I made the mistake of doing doubles and bouncing between Jager and Everclear.

I sustained an injury over 8 years ago. Spinal. I've quit all opioids over 5 years ago. Still strong. I am in a metric ton of pain, all the time. Diagnosed with CRPS, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. With all that, I laughed so hard that I was in tears from happy pain. That's a new one for me. Thanks.

As someone who regularly has drinks with everclear. I already knew this was a horrible idea.

Fun fact about Century eggs, they're not 100 years old. They're just chicken or duck eggs preserved with salt, lime, and ash and wrapped in rice husks and clay for several weeks. That's what changes the color of the eggs, because the pH levels get changed. You normally break them up and mix it in a thick rice soup called Congee. Supposed to enhance the flavor profile of the congee. and despite the appearance, they taste like regular hard boiled eggs.

This guy has to keep making content to keep the DT's at bay. Some pretty funny content tho hahaha.

I used to get Cherry Sours from a vending machine when I was a kid and they were called Michigan Cherries. Earlier this year I put actual Michigan cherries, dried tart cherries in a jar of Bacardi Spiced rum and left it in the fridge. I think I waited 2 weeks before I started putting them in drinks and eating them, but it was a few months before I finished them. Since the cherries were dry like raisins, they soaked up a LOT of alcohol. The rum was 70 proof, but the cherries tasted even stronger than that. I'm not used to eating that much alcohol. The longer they sat in the fridge, the more pectin came out of the fruit, and turned into "cherry liqueur jelly". I mostly mixed it with Coke.Good stuff. Just give the jar a shake before you pour it if you leave it setting long enough to gel.
