As a worker at a winery, I say you should for sure get a really nice bottle of wine and then leave something either spicy in it, or maybe like a mini charcuterie board in wine for a week, since usually charcuterie boards or plates are sold at my work to the guests drinking their wine!!! Def a good idea tho!!! Cheese and wine are great together so what about after a week lol
