I thought I it was just me but I am also always very satisfied when I see those straight back and forth lines on the carpet after my robot has done its job :D
For the price i am happy my house is not a museum also mine is just the bump and go the plain one without the self cleaning dust bin and i paid 99 dollars.
I hate Shark robot vacuum too, my daughter has it and return twice to Costco, they have really good return policy ,but she buys it again ,price ,it is $319 .I have IRobot Roomba almost for 10 years and it is start to making strange noises ,start to looking for replacement ,hard to find good one, and it is not cheap at all.Thank you for you honest reviews.
so i just replaced a few parts on my og neato xv-11 and ohhhh my goooooood it is an amazing robot picks up more crap from carpes then any robot i have used including my roomba i7 plus and it has a seperate hard floor brush and good greif its amazing . lidar 2011 and still rocks :)
Agree with you 100%. I had a IQ returned it. I have an AI currently and I think it's great except for the app! I think shark is literally the only lidar robot that doesn't have a live map. I mean the app functions work okay, Like specific rooms or spot cleaning and no go zones. But it's just something cool about being able to open your app and see exactly where and what your robot sees. And with the shark app you just can't do that.
My AI does the same thing. Never finds the dock. Funny thing is it goes right to the room I select and cleans it well, then it will wander till it runs out of battery. I also get the resting on dock when it's nowhere near it.
Today, the basement was a MESS! I let the shark ez to test this out and its having some errors. It ain't detected that the bin is full even tho I have the self empty base.
I had just picked this up in November for 150 bucks my biggest complaint is the app. I also don't like how it seems to drag tons of garbage around rather then suck it up.
Merry Christmas. This may be a stupid question but how do you use a robot vacuum in a two story house. I’m looking to get my first robot vacuum but am not sure how to use between two stories. Do you just move the base back and forth.
You either buy a robovac that supports 2 maps and shuffle it, or buy a expensive smart one for the more complex(assuming upstairs) floor plan and a random one(like a eufy 25c) for the more open floor plan.
I'm loving my Roborock S7 :) my first one, and i think the only one I'll ever have... until it breaks itself in few years. But lemme tell you It's sooo good... The mopping is also pretty dang acceptable (even by my mother standards...) I'm thinking of buying the auto-empting dock very soon, great content, keep it up :)
I agree with you very happy with my Roborock S7 too AND I can really recommend the auto-emptying dock. Don't wait just buy if you have the money you won't be disappointed. It was my first robot vacuum and it filled my expectations and I won't buy a new until robot vacuums has gone through an evolution so to speak. Before getting the dock I had to empty every two or third vacuuming but since getting the dock I only do it once a month or two months depending on how much dirt there is in the box. My robot is set on a routine as it vacuums every time I leave the apartment.
Merry Christmas Adam and will you have a video on the 360 s10 soon because I saw you finally got it and so far are you going to keep it or can you test this for your upstairs
My friend's neighbor bought the Shark IQ... 💀💀💀 (the non-self-emptying one, you know, the one that picked up 4.7 ounces out of 7.6 ounces in the Testing room...)
@@AdamsReviews well my friend doesn’t have much knowledge on roombas. I never talked to his neighbor because I don’t know him/her, so I couldn’t tell him/ her to stay away from the Shark IQ. That same friend’s dad was considering buying a Shark IQ because it was considered “The Best.” Definitely got that info from Vacuum Wars 🤦🏻♂️good thing he didn’t buy it. (Well my friend’s Deebot is literally useless. It lost the squeegee so it was doing the same thing that non self emptying Shark IQ did. It kicked debris from the back instead of sucking it up. Model N79)
@@AdamsReviews how’s the Deebot X1. Did you put it through self-emptying tests? Mopping tests? Maybe you should also test the robots ability to was the mopping pads.
Shark could have a good product but they refuse to make the software/app better. These robots have so much potential but Shark keeps hiring third world engineers to do programming.
i got the irobot roomba j7 + and the shark EZ and when i tested it was good the robot roomba j7 was good with navigation but when i tested it on pile of jelly beans it did not pick up anything. The shark EZ picked up jell beans and was very good at cleaning. But still i would buy the j7 over the Shark EZ terrible app
