People on all meat diets tend to use the bathroom once a day. People with low fiber diets tend to have more constipation and people with high fiber diets average a movement every 2 weeks. Granted that is one study that had these results but they were carefully measured results and had sizeable samples sizes.

Typical healthy frequency is from three times daily to once per two days. The average is once per day. Once per two weeks is crazy. Not to mention high fiber increases your bowel movement frequency not decreases it because it makes it easier for stool to pass. Physically having high fiber increases the amount of stool mass and decreases resistance passing through the bowels, it shouldn’t reduce stool passing frequency
