This is so beautiful, I'm playing Sarah in a production of guys and dolls currently in Tasmania, Australia. I have gained so much inspiration from your characterization! You absolutely NAILED this role.

My theater director had me specifically watch your version of If I were a Bell to get ideas. These videos really helped me out. Your voice is amazing and I absolutely love how you portrayed Sarah. That’s awesome! It’s such a great role with tons of opportunities to have fun! As to the high notes, without knowing your voice, I’d say just make sure you’re properly supported. With “I’ll Know”, you won’t get much ascending momentum. Have great breath support and take advantage of the “ah” in “I’ll” if that’s a better vowel for you (ah-y’ll) 😉
I hope I’m not too late with this. I’d just recommend you understand the character. She’s actually quite the romantic with high expectations of herself and others. I’d prepare a classic broadway song that is similar in character...perhaps “My White Night”
