Wow...Thank you all so much for the compliments. I pretty much upload this stuff to help auditioners get an idea of what they want or don't want to do when looking at a particular role. So, with that said I'm uploading 'I'll Know' as well...in my opinion Sarah's most technically difficult song.
My daughter was just cast as Sarah in her high school's production of "Guys and Dolls"......in rehearsing her audition pieces, she really learned a lot from your stage presence, especially on this song! Thank you, Melissa!
lol the Sky Masterson in my school's production of Guys and Dolls had a silver suit like the one here. and dang she is a great Sarah Brown! I wish our Sarah could've projected a bit more like that.
wow - this is a stunning performance! I haven't yet seen the film nor have I seen the musical but will be auditioning next year for this part so doing some research. Even though I haven't seen the whole show - I already half 'get' what Sarah is all about from this beautiful insight into her character. They do say that the truth comes out when your'e tipsy... well played! A joy to watch and some real commanding stage presence there. Good luck in all you do. :)

this is amazing,i recognise some of the moves i did! haha/ this is superb, you play her tipsy and happy, which is how i played it. Not like drunk on the floor-this is brilliant xxx
Your voice is so reminiscent of Susan Egan!! I am playing sarah brown in April and I just had If I Were a Bell choreographed. Its hard to do all the dancing, the jumping, the running, the being carried, and the singing with a mask on. I hope that by April my performance can be even half as good as yours was!! :)))
@@lilaandmel Interesting thing: I was in this show last summer and it was my first stage production in three years. Gave me a sense of hope to getting back into the performance world again after all that I, along with the rest of the world, have been through for the last three years
i would ask why this is appearing on my recommended eleven years later, but i know exactly why 💀 (context: the reason is because guys and dolls is my school play and ive been searching up all the songs)
