We found this trending topic a few months ago, and after looking into it we decided to give this self-improvement hack a try! Basically, this experiment looks to clean your mind and detox your life from all the things that cause addictions to dopamine, like junk food, social media, etc.
We put my own twist to it by using these 24hrs to reflect and understanding how to rewire some of my bad habits by following the principles in Charles Duhigg’s book “The Power of Habit”.
