Why wouldn't Pacquiao biting off more than he can chew when he moved up everybody Pacquiao can beat everybody he had been knocked out twice in lower weight class
Man I met him last year at the hall of fame in Canastota. My wife got cool with his niece in line at the bar. We ended up sitting with them and even took a shot with him. Cool, humble, real dude.
@eduardochavez7925 steroids was fight 2. But damn part one steroids or not , his hand speed was something else. Vargas was also in roids ve oscar he was slow as a 🐌
@@CombativeSportsNationTV The difference was that Shane Mosley was past his prime at 40-years old and he was moving up weight to fight against a young hungry skilled future first ballot hall of famer in Canelo Alvarez who was half his age at 21. When Canelo fought Mayweather he was what I believe still too young (23) and inexperienced for Floyd Mayweather. There is no knock on him loosing to Floyd he went against the absolute best of that generation in his prime at the height of his career at a very young untested age. That fight however is what made Canelo Alvarez. It gave him the experience he needed to move forward and everything after is history. Shane Mosley was never on the same level as Floyd in fact Floyd dominated Shane Mosley 2-years prior when Mosley was 38. He was pretty much done then. So it's not hard to believe a young up and coming fighter like Canelo couldn't beat him. I was so impressed with Canelo in the Floyd fight I believe if he was up against anyone else that night he would have won. I became a huge fan after and never missed a fight.
Hello Art. I heard that Kendrick Wells passed away this past week. Do you have any updated information as to what was going on with him the final weeks or months of his life?
bunch of floyd lovers here 😂yall know canelo wasnt prime at 21 or 23 he was at 27 n up Mosley or gayweatger doesn't matter canelo was good but bot great like he is at 160 168 casuals smh
Lol, Shane may as well have just given the money away because he didn't have a prayer of beating Canelo, not only then, but at any point of their careers
Canelo is a weird one. Because he is smaller than most of the 168 lber. But he is actually stronger than most of them. Canelo is really a 160 lber. Crawford is going to have to boxing Canelo for 12 rounds. Because I don't think he has no-chance of Knocking him out.
It's a weight class and not a height class. Just because you're shorter doesn't mean you're the smaller fighter. Y'all casual fans irk my damn nerves. Go watch corn hole. Smh.
Canelo lifts heavy af 😂 so does Crawford. But canelo always walked around heavy. Everybody says it. Hard to move him. Even GGG talked about canelo strength and weight.
If Crawford can carry the power to 168 with his exceptional boxing skills and ability to go from The orthodox stance to Southpaw stance would definitely give Canelo a nightmare. Canelo will KO Charlo in round 10 from a liver shot.
It's Bud who has something to prove not the other way around. Canelo is the man at 168 while Bud has never fought above welter. Canelo's not only faced bigger fighters, he's got an overall deeper resume.
Damn it's crazy that Canelo had ring generalship, and he was the "real deal" at 21 and then 2 years later at 23 he became too green and inexperienced. Unsolved mystery
Canelo was hyped up by Golden Boy to be bigger than he really was at the time. He was fed easy opponents, and he didn't have his first serious world match until he went up against Austin Trout, which occurred a couple of months before Canelo faced Floyd.
I first saw canelo fighting mosely. A year later first seeing ggg. What an entertaining decade from those two. Their like bird and magic or rock and austin
Facts people are so hyped about Crawford, because he beat a weight drained Spence. Charlo would kill Crawford he has a better chance against canelo because he is shorter than charlo.
What was interesting how he manage to make it a catch weight 😂 lol he did that dirty Tactic with Marquez also but whatever Floyd changed the game forever ...canelo learned alot with Floyd in all aspects 💰
Crawford is a great boxer but unfortunately age is against him. Hes older than all the fighters hes calling out and he will be 36 years old this september. Being athlete you always put more of a toll on your body than your body can handle. He feels like he can fight forever but his body will eventualyly give up when his mind is telling him to still go. As a athlete myself at 46 i use to feel like i could go for ever. I started actually feeling that age deterioration at age 36. I would wake up and find i would have to crack my back, i was also becoming more sore easily. You can still push but youd body takes longer to recover on intense workouts.
For anyone saying he is hating... Please do remember shane lost two fights in his PRIME to vernon Forest both times an the WInky Wright fight.... Going up in weight even in your prime can be detrimental.. You cant blame bud, but at the same time, Canelo is a MUCH better fighter than Spence ever was and will be. He is extremely disciplined. IF Spence and Canelo retired today, only Canelo would be placed into the HOF. The HOF is for ELITE fighters, not "good" fighters.... Shane has WORLD class experience, do not take his words like a grain of salt. Anyone who just got into boxing during the money mayweather era really needs to watch fights from the earlier days and i meant ALOT of them... Just because they are irrelevant now dont mean that history doesnt repeat itself....
@@budstopseasyroadspence yeah it was weird because Spence is all around better than anyone bud has ever faced and bud beat him like that was his easiest opponent ever. And don't try to say styles make fights BS. Sh!t was weird (I know more boxing than you too) 🖕
@@patchmadetre9924 Not the case. Errol was just supremely overrated and not that good. People put him on a pedestal meanwhile totally degrading all of the actual good fighters Bud faced.
@@iamapigeyedtraitorthatisin1319 Who Is A Bum? Mean Machine Was An Undefeated Power Puncher Ranked 6 In His Weight Class… Gamboa Was An Undefeated Olympian, Champion, & On The P4P List When They Fought Y’all Just Make Excuses
A HOF boxer who is speaking from experience just said it, but I will not be shocked to see casuals in the comments still believing little man Crawford will hurt Canelo. 175 pound fighters couldnt even tickle him, whats a tiny man loke Crawford going to do? Its like TC fighting Inoue, as good as Inoue is, TC will beat the break off him.
Mosley is not Floyd. Name another 21 year old that would’ve beat Mosley? I’ll wait. Not 21 year Crawford, Spence, Gervonta, Benavidez, charlos to name a few
Welcome to boxing!! Hopkins not only bet on himself he had the betters name painted on his back during the fight and WON! HAHAHAHA I think it was Trinidad fight. Not certain though.
" canelos too big, crawford would have to box, but he likes to fight" Crawford vs postal Crawford vs benavidez No they are canelo, but crawford can do whatever, bang (mean machine), box ( benavidez) Crawford would beat canelo, people don't realize how talented he is
Crawford won the Spence fight because Spence had a cognitive problem after he took that first knock down Canelo hurts Crawford bad and he’s gonna knock Charlo out
Mosley & Floyd were at way different stages of their careers when they faced Canelo. Not only was Mosley way past his prime (late 90s, early 2000s), in 2012, his body was noticeably on the heavy decline, and he was no longer a serious contender at the world level anymore. Floyd was kinda unique because he was in his prime when he retired after 2007. He takes 2 years off, and comes back to face Marquez (who essentially moved up 2 weight at once) in 2009, and Mosley in 2010. Then he takes another year off. Fights Ortiz in 2011, fights Cotto in 2012, then in 2013 he fights Guerrero before taking on Canelo. I mentioned all these names to point out that in the span of 6 years, Floyd only had 5 fights. In other words, Floyd's body was doing great. He wasn't active, so body was still fresh.
anybody who knows boxing knows that he was not 36 in boxing years due to the lack of punishment he took, no off-days, always sharp, always in the gym throughout his whole career@@Tayvia-wj7xh
Canelo has too good of a chin for Crawford. I can see Crawford do some good boxing, but Canelo will eventually eat that shit and break Crawford down, then hurting Crawford.
See what ppl not getting is Crawford is a boxer/counter puncher as good as canelo is he no master boxer Crawford doesn’t have to ko canelo just out box him used his quickness and win canelo biggest weakness is a boxer he doesn’t deal with boxer and counter puncher well I have Crawford winning east
Skills pay the bills not size, no disrespect to Shane but your no Crawford. You didn’t have all the skills he has. He’s going to adapt to anything Canelo does. It’s levels and Bud is on another level.
