किसी पे भी ध्यान मत दो - चाय भी पिए , घी भी खाए , लेकिन जंक फूड बिल्कुल कम खाए है , रोज 2,3 घंटे की एक्सरसाइज करो अगर मोटा है तो आप सिर्फ घर पे छत पे 2,3 घंटा चलकर 2,3 महीने में फीट हो सकते है , मेने सुबह 5 बजे उठकर सिर्फ रोजाना 1.5 किलोमिटर चलकर 1 महीने में 6 किलो weight कम किया है , अगर आपका शरीर कैसा भी हो बीमारी भी हो तो मोटे होने की , आप रोजाना 2,3 घंटे चलकर 2,3 महीने में पतले फीट हो जाओगे यह मेरी जीवनी के आधार पर बता रहा हू , धन्यवाद

mujhe stomach infection hua tha kuch dino pehle to mujhe mere diet se ofc friend foods spicy food oily food band krna tha just daal chaval for 10 days and snacks ke liye dry fruits khati thi. so i made a habit of dinner 7 baje karne ka. and trust me 10 days without any workout no jung food at all no sugar just dal chaval i lost 4 kg weight. the moment i cut off sugar i saw my cheeks fat going away first and then jab mera infection theek hua i started doing workouts aur 7 baje khane ki adat banai rakhi. i was 74 kg im 65 now jusr in 15 dayss
