I want to advocate for the parents here. It’s horrible dealing with a child with mental issues. It’s hell for a parent people should understand it. For the children please know your parents are tired even suicidal. Think of them please. It’s not all about what your parents should do or should have done. Think of them as you think of yourself

Our parents are tired and even suicidal, by the trauma they got when they gave birth to us and our fathers decided to be absent. Let me take a moment of silence and forgive my abusive parents.

Thank you for sharing your story. All the best and may you continue this awareness. May you please bring a man with Bipolar to speak about a similar experience? Would like to hear how a man handles it. Bipolar can be caused by drugs and alcohol as well. People should know this.

Thank you for this video Justus, the topics you cover are relevant but can you make English compulsory throughout the conversation for those who are able to express themselves in English.
