Yes.. leisure curl coconut oil is soooo good. I have used it before. It lasts and resist all rough handling. I used it to swim, I even comb it and it comes back curly. I used soap on it and it spoilt. It's best to use shampoo on it than bathing soap

I’ve had me curl for a year now. I use carefree curl instant activator gel and apply plastic cap at night. Make sure you apply your activator to you hair every other day or two days. Also comb your hair out every other day so that it won’t tangle.
Please I have a question.... I have always used Hollywood or the cup although I look forward to trying this... My question is I usually roll with the relaxer, if I am using Hollywood and I wash off the hair before rolling it would it still curl?
The Hollywood curl solution kit method is different from the leisure curl coconut oil kit method. When using the hollywood curl solution kit, after applying the relaxer you’ll put the rollers after some mins. But with the leisure curl coconut oil kit, after applying the relaxer, you’ll wash it off after some mins and the put the rollers. I hope you understand.
@@ms_jovou Yes - lightening and toning some strands of your hair using a highlighting cap. Caramel color tone would look beautiful contrasted to your remaining natural hair color with your curls!
@@cocoaicci_ This is a common myth. If permed hair passes elasticity and porosity tests then it can be carefully bleached so long as deep conditioning treatments are applied. Olaplex was invented so hair can be both permed and bleached! If you still don't believe me then just look at how many women there are out there with permed bleached hair!
First time user I was unable to get the process. Pls it is advisable to redo it again the next day, retouching it again or should I just roll it with the curl booster
Hi Ms Jovou, I just bought the leisure cold wave kit and it says on the manual that it shouldn't be used on relaxed hair. My hair was relaxed in July ending, can I still use the kit on my hair?
My hair is very full, stubborn and natural. It measures about 12inches. Will i need more than one pack of the leisure kit? Also if you don't mind me asking, how much did you buy the kit and how much did you pay in the salon?
I did jherri curl recently using the same leisure kit. But when I woke up the next day the hair was already scattered I've watched the video and it was exactly the same process that was used in making mine. I combed it out because I was looking rough. Was there something wrong with the process? And another question please, will my hair still go back to natural?
@@ms_jovou u is most welcome because i had my jherri curls since i were a teenager i got tired of my natural hair so only one professional do mines i gave up on it before but i had to go back to him
Plastic cap the first week. Then you can transfer to the bonnet. The reason being the first few days your hair will be really dry that’s why you’re supposed to apply the curl activator moisturizer so that your hair can obtain the moisture.
