Reforger definitely feels more alive than squad and because the model isn’t locked behind speed limits things like descending and low flying feel sick.
Reforger is like Arma 3 model with more feedback, feels really cool actually. Probably the easiest to get good at Arma 3 basic was crazy (ex koth pilot). Sideways barrel rolls into tiny lz was unrealistic but really high skill ceiling. Easier to pick up than squad but definitely on the same level to master. Advanced Arma 3 - only have like 20h maybe flying so not so sure Squad - hardest to learn, comparable skill ceiling to Arma 3. Probably biased but still my favourite just because of the hours I’ve sunk into learning it. Yes it’s unrealistic but for squads scope they work.
@@ZER0_AU I used to fly a lot in Arma 3 as well, with both models. The simple model is honestly easy for everyone to get really good with, if they spend some time on training. I remember times like going 100km/h sideways on the street infront of the airfield, which has obstacles on both road sides, so its a very tight fit, and I had gunners that shot drivers of an enemy convoy.. some really cool memories. The advanced model is what got me more interested in flying and since then I've been wanting to get a helicopter license irl as well. It is similar to Squad, but imo the physics engine of Arma is easier and better for helicopters, so its still much more beginner friendly than Squad will ever be. Cant wait to try Reforger some day, but for now Im still waiting for Arma 4.
Thats actually pretty easy There is a video called "ArmA 3 Helicopter Landings Guide 101 ►My Keybinds + Peripherals - GETTING STARTED!" after i watched it i learn how to fly like this in couple of hours
I’ve got like 50hrs of flying in Arma haha , nowhere near good enough to be giving people instructions. Maybe when I’ve got some more practice in but thanks homie 😎
