@elinquisidorperseverante6835
@@izzo1036 appreciate not the verbosity and expansiveness of their prose, but also the meaning behind it. Look into why they didn't use simpler language, most of the time it's simply the realization that repetition is monotonous, and so one attempts to not say the same thing twice. But do not mistake it for elegance, after all, magnitude has no intrensic merit. Or, as is commonly said, "Size doesn't matter".

"We feel some kind of anger towards those who we love because of the power they hold over us" This makes so much sense. I very rarely get angry, but it always seemed like the ones I cared the most about were the only ones who could really stir me up, which I never understood. It seems like a contradiction, that the ones we love are the ones who can also elicit the strongest negative emotions in us... but this is just the other side of the connection that we share with them

An interesting thing someone told me: "Hate is a strong word for someone you don't like."
@Alexander_Grant
@Alexander_Grant 2 года назад
I don’t know if I agree with this. My ex of 6 years and I never raised our voices at each other, never had a shouting match, never said anything hateful to each other. Sure, I got angry at her actions, and some choices she made, as she did with me, but we never said we were mad at the other. If both willingly choose to give the other that power, then I don’t believe there is anger there. We eventually broke up due to her moving away and her mom getting a hold of her and telling her lies, but even in the end in our final phone call, neither raised our voices or told the other we hated each other or were angry with each other, we both told the other we still loved each other and truly wanted the best with the rest of each other’s lives. I have my frustrations about the way it ended, I’m angry with her choice and her mother, but even as terrible as that point in my life was, I was never angry at her, not once in those entire 6 years. I’ve been in other relationships before and afterwards and every time I’ve heard them say they were mad at me or they took their anger out on me I immediately ended it. I don’t think being angry at your partner is healthy for any relationship.
@magoschonkers711

This is beautifully written and made me cry. Written by someone who truly knows what love is. The video really touched me. I’m in my early twenties and my partner passed away just under a year ago, same age as me. Brain cancer. We were together for half of our memory-forming lives and I very much feel like I have lost my spouse of 50 years. She lost her ability to speak in the last few months, but her cognition was always intact. I have many memories from those months caring for her where she would stop what she was doing and simply stare longingly into my eyes. The stare was different to the vacant stare she would have during a seizure, quite the opposite. Her eyes were full of her love for me. Her silent stares into my eyes were as loud as can be with her love, despite not having spoken for months. And in those moments I’d stop what I was doing and stare back, smiling and holding back tears. And in those moments, every possible word was said, every possible conversation was had. Every possible method of conveying our love for each other would be communicated as we danced in each others’ eyes. Thank you for this video. I can’t believe I stumbled onto something that so powerfully resonates with me.

Your videos about love, relationship and these moments within them always get to me. If this says anything about how you look at love, then I must say I look at it with the exact same lenses, just...don't even understand it myself until you upload videos like this. This approach of treasuring the special moments while being aware of the mundane and even the dark aspects of it, which might seem silly and naïve to many, is still my chosen way to look at love for now. Despite being completely dissociated from poetry, you can even say I don't have a knack for it, every word in this video cut deep enough to make me feel all kinds of emotions. Thank you for this video.

I don’t think I’ve ever truly been in love. I’ve been too scared. But I feel that this video doesn’t give me the courage but a hope, a reason. I feel that these videos are like poetry for some people as these videos are for me. It’s the content that leaves me thinking, that pauses my forever in motion brain and makes me stir on one thought, one subject. It gives me a reason to think deeply, not just on the surface. And I guess just thank you for making these. To me they are art pieces. And never sacrifice quality for quantity. If you ever have those thoughts in your head know there are people like me, people who love what you make.

This vid broke me, I understand the message completely but i never had somebody to love me in that way, or even to love. I understand it but it's still completely alien to me personaly.
