Thank you sweet Melania! Yes, I remembered my apple. I think about my apple a lot! I try to be strong, as we all do. I sure felt wonderful after my bath. Hi Max! I love my cold baths. I was thinking this morning that I might be addicted. The cold exposure is like flipping a switch in your body. I call it "getting my mind back," because there's no more thinking once the cold hits; it's all sensation and breathing! Cryonics would be awesome; our water isn't very cold, except in the Winter.
