I think from everything your saying about hormones, surgery complications, travelling alone and then having lots of time alone from work and socialising as well as losing an important person in your life basically all within the same time period then your actually doing a lot better then I would be, its a lot to deal with and hormones are so underrated especially when your not really that used to them just yet, well eastrogen at least, they will surely have a massive part to play in your moods and reactions to things, I really hope getting back to work cheers you up and helps balance everything out, all the best and good luck x

Hi I delayed my return back to work by one week due to as big schedule of antibiotics that I still need to do one of my antibiotics how do I use I won't need to use in a week's time so I think I might be able to work next week work understands I have to understand my body and not go back to work too quick as I don't want to be relapse
