i hope goes well for you , you're working for your family and I'm sure you'd love to be able to drop a day , I'm going to be looking after my granson 2 dys a week and He will going into nursery 2 days a week as i find it enough being in my early 60s , i love him very much but young children can be challenging, i hope it works for you and your mum and dad are so good and must love having harper xxx

Nice to see you back, Holly. I've missed your videos but have kept up with you on instagram. Good luck with returning to work. I feel like you're taking the right approach by just seeing how it goes and before making decisions about whether to drop days or not. Harper is absolutely gorgeous and I'm so pleased you've enjoyed your mat leave xx

It's completely understandable that the vlogs fizzled out, it's so important to make the most of spending time with your baby on mat leave, you only get that time once. I'm a first time mum on mat leave too and will be going from full time 5 days to 3 days when I go back. Although my mum will be helping with childcare, we will be using a nursery too. If I was to have to pay for nursery full time I'm not sure it would be worth me working at all, the fees are crazy aren't they! But apart from that I don't know if I could cope with tearing myself away from our baby 5 days a week haha. Hope your return to work goes well x

Lovely to see you back here for some longer content 🥰 The talk about returning work is so relatable. My little boy and Harper are 3 weeks apart and your newborn content made me so excited for my little one’s arrival. I went back to work last month after 10 months 💔 I cried for weeks leading up to it. I could have the best day and I’d end the day crying in the shower or I’d be driving along and the overwhelming feeling of this little bubble bursting was too much and I’d be in tears. I hated the thought of not being with him in every moment, I felt guilty for not being his primary carer, the worry of missing milestones is just all so overwhelming BUT I promise you, it does get easier, the time you have becomes so much more precious, their excitement when they see you is just heartwarming and you just make the most of your time together so much more ❤ Ps. Finally catching up on this after your announcement! HUUUGE CONGRATULATIONS 👰🏼‍♀️ 💍

Hi Holly, so nice to have you back loved your vlogs on RU-vid I do watch Instagram and sometimes TikTok but my favourite is RU-vid. I didn’t realise you could get brand work from Instagram. If going to work didn’t work out would you ever consider being a RU-vidr you would be a good one with your personality. I don’t envy you going into London everyday when I went back to work after my children I went part time which I loved. Looking forward to your next vlog.❤️❤️
