I heard a story years ago that some guy in Arkansas has a late 40's/early 50's porcelain gas station complete with a lift paper wrapped tires and period correct maps and the ding ding bell.
This is so cool! You could use the building making photos for people with old cars. Could also get a uniform that the gas station attendant would have worn. Have a family member or yourself to take the pictures. Just charge enough to make your money back for building the building.
I actually have a 1940s Ford station attendant white overcoat that I can pose in. The front should be great for photo shoots especially when the siding weathers gray
