Loved this as always! I found your channel through the sparticle mysteries ages ago so it's nice to have it brought up again! :) Glad I spotted this when having a break from my dissertation research!

I love the idea of living in the countryside and having land to be able to keep animals and grow your own food and the fact that you work on social media will hopefully make that a bit easier! I could not imagine moving back in with my parents but I think that depends on your relationship with your parents. Is Ryan as much of a family person as you are?

This is very interesting. I see a lot of people wanting to have a community kind of living, wanting to be more in nature and everything. I'm fortunate enough to have had this kind of childhood and I wish your children can have it one day! If Covid brought one positive thing, it's this I believe. Omg creds to you for still wanting to live with your parents! I’m 21 and still living at home and I can’t imagine buying a house with my parents! We clash far too much. Fair enough to you tho!

Where are you based to be able to get a house with land? I love living in London but for buying a house in the future I want to move out, but not too far!

We live in Surrey and would love to find one in Dorset.. but honestly it'll probably make more sense financially to look in Devon. -G,x

@@mandevillesisters My dream is to live in Dorset in a property with land, I've been going there every summer since I was a baby. Basically live there in the summer in Ringwood. But the prices have risen significantly!

Yes, you still get a lot more land than you would in Surrey but I agree it's not that cheap... Hence why we will also be looking in Devon. Anyway, not quite looking yet but I certainly will give updates on the journey ☺️ -G,x

I think you can still be independent and buy a house with members of your family. The plan is to find a home that's big enough for us all to live there and still be able to have our own space. Multigenerational living isn't for everyone but to us it seems like it just makes sense ☺️ -G,x

I have several friends that live with parents/in-laws everyone has their own space and they all love it! If everyone can respect boundaries it can be a really great fun thing :)
