I changed my eating habits and I use your workout videos to guide me. When I started I was 385 lbs I am now 265 lbs! So I would like to say thank you sir! i've been doing your workouts for years and you have literally changed my life and many others. last year I suffered from a rare case of infected splenic hematoma, there was a small percentage of me dying because the bleeding has been going for months without me noticing it so they did surgery and pulled out 2 L of blood and installed a tube that would filter the remaining blood out. I sat in the hospital for 1 and half months. This reminded me of what has happened and i'm truly shocked. I am a lazy person but your workouts changed who I am. You might not see this but i just wanted to let anyone new to understand how impactful his videos are, thank you.
Thank you for the back story @bullyjuice. Although we love seeing the superhuman, amazing stuff you, wife and family do… the behind the scenes/backstory gives greater context. Your testimony, experiences etc., resonate in one or more ways: whether that’s empathizing, celebrating, sharing a laugh, being in awe about something you’ve come through etc. We may not know you but for many of us you’re like family. Your baby boy came out throwing his weight around like his poppa. Lol. You’re an amazing husband and dad, your wife is an amazing wife and mom and your family is absolutely beautiful. I’ve been hooked ever since I saw your family…the strong loving bond 🥰my heart broke when I saw the video of your fur baby’s last day, but it was honestly meant for me to see it. My fur baby turns 17 this month and we’ve had to make that horrible decision. We’ve planned him a party and movie day with the family to just love on him before Monday. This is a pain like no other, making the call is heartbreaking sayin the words is heartbreaking but watching him suffer is even more heartbreaking 😢😢😢 thank you for preparing me without even knowing it🥰🥰😢😢😢

Stay strong and prayed up Billy! Life is very short and I learned that when my mother unexpectedly passed from pancreatic cancer back in 2016. We found out July 4 and she was gone July 28 basically 2 weeks. We were still trying to wrap our minds around that she had cancer. That there made me grow into a different type of woman. I had to take care of everything from the preparation of the funeral to now taking care of my daddy. They were married 56 years with God head of their lives. My father has been grief stricken but GOD he is one resilient man! I know have him with me as if this year and I tell u within these 7 years God has truly been with us!! U r doing a fantastic job! Your pets are like your children. My little doggie died and it devastated me. I had to watch him slowly die in front of me. It was hard to get thru that. I miss my baby. He was my buddy and I would talk to him and he would listen. He understood me. I miss my boy so much

The rate of black women death at childbirth is higher than any other race. They known we are in the high risk bracket. Should have had a surgical birth for the safety of the Baby and the Mother. So glad they both made it out safely. May God continue to protect your family.
Unfortunately, simply going to the hospital doesn't guarantee an improvement in care. Unless a woman of color has the good fortune to have an empathetic doctor who doesn't gaslight you or minimize your input, you can still face acute complications. Serena Williams is a case in point - she and her husband have plenty of financial means and are articulate and intelligent, yet her postpartum complaints were denigrated and dismissed, and she suffered a ripped stitch from her C-section, a blood clot in her lungs, either of which could easily have killed her, had she not gone to the ER immediately and demanded reeval. Shoulder dystocia is very difficult and risky for both mother and baby. The old-school standard protocol for doctors back in the 50s and 60s was to intentionally dislocate or even break a fetal shoulder to compress it enough to allow safer passage. Very harrowing either way and especially for someone with a smaller frame. So thankful you all are all right.

My pup is not doing so great right now. Shes actually experincing the very things you described here with your dog. I cant afford a vet and so I do my best to keep her comfy and loved for now. She's not in pain and still likes to play a bit and wants to eat all day if she can. 7 year old Red Nose and I've had her since she was only 6 months. Through it all she keeps giving her absolute best. I cant imagine life without her although I know one day will be our last together😢. I was in the same boat as you in 2023. My wife gave birth to our 1st child a beautiful baby girl, my grandfather passed a week before my daughter was born and one of my dogs passed away as well. Same thing happened to our German Shepherd last May. It happened within a week 😢 It was difficult not to prepare for that sort of thing. I'm really sorry to hear about your friend as well! I’m sorry Bully. I have 2 dogs. I’m always concerned of their health. I hate feeding them dog food. I used to feed them boiled eggs, sweet potatoes, and spinach. I need to get back at it. Oh, my kids and I do you 10 min ab workout everyday at lunch. I home school them.
