I think you will love the trail running. I love running the trails, you get to see some amazing views and it will actually help you get your legs and ankles stronger and less prone to injury in the long run. I am signed up to to the Pulse events winter warrior series which is all local trails and they have canicross option. I recommend their events. Glad you are so positive right now, keep it up!

Daz K I think trail running will definitely help with marathons as it’s so much hillier. I really hope it’ll be a positive addition to my routine. Thanks for the support!
