No worries if I’m feeling too overwhelmed or just want to pause the series for a second while I’m reacting to albums I will! I actually love this series and how I learn so much about the boys through it! 💜 Also I yes I know what suga means when he talks about Hong Kong lmao it was a joke. Just incase no one clarified BTS wasn't the 1st group under BIG HIT they 8eight and 2am BIG HIT also had and still now have solo artist as well before BTS but in saying that BIG HIT was still struggling and some point was even bankrupt! Just wanted to clear that up incase no one did 😁 but also BTS was the group that turned a struggling agency into one of the best in agencies in Korea 😁💜

Just a note- Hobi actually left before they debuted & then came back, so this crisis wasn't that same situation BUT Danger era was super tough for all of them & I think it was a moment when they were all questioning what they were doing & why. When BTS was giving food to the Grandma’s, cleaning the room and JHope crying and other parts if this documentary, Tears were running. Their Sincerity shows from the beginning and it has not changed. I love watching you Caitlin, looking forward to the next Chapter.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

IMO I think this series is perfect for existing army. Not army of 7 years, or army of 3 months but army like me who’ve been around a year or so. Yes, it helps new army learn more about BTS but as you stated it can spoil a lot. Whereas for us existing army who already know all the MVs, songs, storylines it is a perfect way to learn more about the boys and their journey that OG army know already. That’s not too confusing right🤣 I’ve been waiting to watch more just for you Caitlin💜💜

I have been with them for about 6 years now...I will forever be in awe of their growth and sincerity. RM actually changed the lyrics when performing fake love in America because one of the Korean lyrics sounds like the 'N' word.

Caitlyn, when you teared up a smidge @41:43 I really felt that. You being honest; able to see through all the hype that makes them look like a bunch of lovable goofballs and show them as real men with a goal that will WERK for that goal. That right there was everything. They are so multi-faceted; it makes me so proud for THAT to be recognized and appreciated. I thought I was the only one that noticed that! For sure lots of idols think the same way, "Let's work harder" but I just sensed it much more from Bangtan themselves, I had similar thoughts: "Calm down and rest a little, you already did what you were supposed to and we are so proud and thankful for your efforts!" I clearly remember feeling like that many times specially at Grammy's day, the way they seemed hopeful but at the same time not and after that the only thing they could do was to thank and comfort us and say "We will work harder" LIKE GOD NO, IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT! YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK HARDER FOR SOMETHING YOU DESERVED SINCE A LONG TIME AGO, it really broke our hearts but it made us only more determined to help them reach that goals and work harder side by side. Thanks for continuing the series Caitlin! Also, I was wondering if you were planning on reacting to their ~ MAMA 2018 ARTIST OF THE YEAR SPEECH ~?? It's heartbreaking af but it made us understand how they felt at that time.

Bighit did have a few groups before BTS, Homme, 8ight and two joint ones 2AM and Glam (whom would have been great but issues happened and they had to disband) Lee Hyun whom was in Homme and 8ight said recently he was depress he was not able to be around when BTS debuted because he was in the military at the time

Yes, fans support play a big role but i think bts work ethic, attitude, and songwriting and composing talent also play big roles in their success. The fact tht they never give up after so many hardship and continue work hard is also the reason they got big. I mean if we talk about fans, there are other groups tht have dedicated and larger fandom than bts too during tht time. So i feel like its not just about a fandom or just one main reason for bts success. Its like a bunch of good reasons come together and push them to this level. So I kind of hate it now bcoz its seems like the media seems to focus to the fact tht bts success is only because of the armys. I feel like the media seems to ignore about the fact tht bts themselves are good artists and musicians. Thts why they can achieve what they have now.
