WOH really didn’t deserve the amount of backlash it gotten. there are much worse kpop songs out there but people don’t actually care for the lyrics. but ironically those people just took the song out of context on top of mistranslations and twisted narratives. but one thing i’m glad is bts just quietly took responsibility, learned and grew. it was definitely not easy since they were still new into the scene. to think about the amount of hate surrounding them even before debut is actually ridiculous. i’m just happy they’re in a better place now, and so much more at ease with themselves

There are artist putting out songs that degrade women on a daily basis but nobody bats an eye. I never ever had a problem with woh. But it shows their growth on how they took the criticism seriously even tho they didn‘t have to.

You know, one thing I see a lot of people overlook, including me when I first watched it, was actually the ending when the girl picked V. Throughout the whole video he was the only one who didn't try picking her up like the other members did and in the end she chose him. I feel like that could have shown that to earn a women's respect you have to show them respect like V did in the video. Of course there's always room for interpretation since the lyrics play a big part in why many people saw a problem with the song, but it also goes to show that context is very important when psychoanalizing these things. People have to take into context that the song is about puberty and the hormones that drive teenage boys (and let's be honest girls sometimes as well) have these feelings that can be very over the top. Which is why the "phases" that we go through exist. My take on this is all interpretation of course, but since the lyrics are in a different language from mine, I always try to take some things with a grain of salt, especially if I don't know the context. But yeah, I really enjoyed your reaction and can't wait to see more Caitlin!💕

*- about yeonjun being called chubby -* yall know what soobin did and said, right? i mean, that's one of the strongest thing an idol ever did. i just wanna remind you that soobin is an introvert type of person AND THE FACT THAT A LEADER WHO IS INTROVERTED, SLAPPED THEIR OWN FAN WITH FACTS IS A GREAT REASON WHY HE IS ALSO ONE OF THE BEST LEADERS IN KPOP INDUSTRY. soobin was like "no, not bc that person is our fan doesn't mean that i will not educate him/her." and the fact that soobin (and yeonjun) warned their fans not to do that to them and to other artists as well? bro, that made me realize how hard idols control themselves and smile to their fans like nothing was wrong when it was obviously something that they worry n overthink a lot. honestly, txt deserves a big round of applause and a big respect from us.

I’ve read several postings online about which members fans were shocked to see in person and it’s consistently mentioned about how stunning Hobi looks in person. He’s very attractive in film and photos, but I can tell by his features that the camera wasn’t able to fully capture his beauty. He sounds divinely breathtaking in person with a captivating aura.

One thing I love is that for all those years up to now BTS had amazing staff to help and take care of them especially because they couldn't see their parents that much. That's one of the things I've noticed about K-pop is that the staff and the idol/idol groups develop close bonds.

speaking on bang pd's pride in bts: when the boys found out dynamite hit no. 1, they called hitman bang and he was already tearing up on the other end of the line. he was literally congratulating them through tears (and literally said they could refer to him casually as they had surpassed all his expectations and deserved to be addressed on a level playing field with him despite his age lol). he loves these boys so SO much and he is so incredibly proud of everything they've been able to accomplish. we LOVE bang pd in this household.

12:00 It literally breaks my heart to see Jhope having to endure those negative things being thrown at him. I mean its easier to say not to mind those negative things being said but he's also just like any of us, feelings get hurt and times that we are demoralized by this thoughts. We are so used to see Hobi always smiling and with this very much positive energy but whenever i see him sad, hurting or having a hard time..it just broke my heart. His face while making that video log is the same facial expression i see on his face when he recently went on vlive at midnight to practice. He tried to hide whats bothering him with his smile but i can see it in his eyes that he's been having a hard time for some reason. Specially when someone asked him if he is ok during the vlive and he answered " I'm not ok" as if his eyes are about to tear up but try to hide it with a gentle smile. I hope the boys are OK. I wish all of them strenght and peace of mind specially on times when they are being targetted and hated for just simply existing.

I don't always comment on your videos, because I don't always have much to add. But I wanted to thank you for putting so much hard work into your reactions. I often have trouble focusing, no matter how much I want to, so consuming BTS content like this series can be challenging because I need to multitask to watch something and when subtitles are combined with a long run time it's often beyond me. But watching these things with you helps me concentrate, I love hearing your thoughts and you having such a genuine emotional experience while going through these videos makes me feel like I'm watching this all with a very dear friend. I see WOH as a commentary on puberty, I mean the theme is youth...like it's actually how teen dudes/girls think. And they satirically approached the whole puberty aspect. Also j-hope -i...they went through so much. It's sucks because unlike Western artists idols see what's happening they watch reaction videos and they are active on social media. I'm so proud of TXT.

Yeah, this was so frustrating to see. Often words in English have multiple meanings, including informal meanings/slangs, that don't fully carry across to other languages, and vice versa. And how some ppl were interpreting "do" [하다] was definitely done with a certain, uniquely English, informal connotation that doesn't seem to exist in the meanings within the Korean text.

girl i love your reactions💜 , i always watch your videos but i usually never comment cause I'm not really someone that comments unless i need to but please continue the rise of bangtan reactions, people always drop them cause its alot but i seriously enjoy your reactions so much! edit: yeah Hobi gets mistreated so often and i feel like people don't realize it , often times Hobi produces a song such as "Dionysus" and people out right just couldnt believe it saying "i doubt he produced it,Yoongi probably helped" and people always compare him saying he's not as good as the others in terms of rapping, people also seem to forget that hobi has VOCALLLLSSS( u hear it in Osakare with Suga) people love down grading his talent to this day but idk why

I’m so glad you are sharing what Yeonjun said and your thoughts on it as well! It’s so sad what these artists who have only spread positive messages have gone and still are going through. It makes me think of one of the most recent Vlives that BTS did as a group where Jimin was reading comments and something visibly upset him, then Yoongi and Namjoon saw whatever it was and they both immediately lost their smiles. Joon looked so pissed. The worst part is that those lives are supposed to be for us fans, but someone decided to come there to hurt them. Jimin is my bias but I love all of them. I remember in 2017 when I just found BTS I was so depressed and really unhappy and they helped me to move pass it. I remember I met a young lady that said she was an ARMY and I was so happy to have someone to talk to about them because I am from Jamaica and K-pop is not a big thing there, plus I was in my forties and my friends are die hard lovers of Jamaican music, but then she started talking crap about Jungkook rapping skills and that he shouldn’t do it. I got so mad. I told her she can’t be ARMY and don’t love all of them, no matter who your bias is. I stop talking to her because I did not like how toxic she was. I live in the US now but I still don’t have anyone my age that I can relate to about them but I am happy with watching reactors like you who truly appreciate all of them. I love Jhope. He is talented, handsome, smart and he gives hope to us without thinking about himself 💜💜💜💜. Much love to you too Caitlyn. You nice keep going 👍 😳 WTF you got death threats. RM's first mixtape is sooo good ! The lyrics are so deep and personal too. My fav song on his mixtape is Life :D. The difference with his second mixtape Mono is huge, (it's also 5 years apart so yeah understable) it's completely different. Just the lyrics are as deep but in a different way expect for some songs

Sharing something I read recently "Girls are like an equation, us guys just do them" Had another translation to lyrics which was "girls are like an equation, us guys are the solution" Someone interpreted that sentence as women are equal to men. Really don't understand why J Hope was thought of as not attractive. He was so cut as a younger guy and is very handsome now. I think he is every bit as attractive as the other six. What really irritates me is when it is reported that “FANS” say things about certain people. Fans are people who like the artist ,Fans don’t say things like that. Call them what they are Haters or even just say some people are saying...... why would you call someone who is not being nice a fan.

The performance you didn’t watch was their Intro Performance Trailer (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S1Up-ZzHmuw.html) and it references a performance they did Danger on MBC in 2014 where they had amazingly bad camera work (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kWuNi-OLLgU.html). Fun fact, BTS also references this performance in their MOTS ON:E concert during the N.O.
