Yup! Not as much in the first season, but it improved dramatically. They were like catty teenage girls in that season. "Niles, you can be quite meeeean!" (Frasier in reference to Eddie) "He's WEIRD! He gives me the CREEPS!" Phrases that Later Frasier would never say lol.
@@aryastark575I thought the first season was hilarious. The pilot, Space Quest, Travels With Martin, Frasier Crane’s Day Off, My Coffee With Niles… I thought those are some of the best of the whole show let alone just the season
I've watched this a hundred times and yet I still die of laughing like I've watched this for the first time. I really miss good old funny comedies like these.
Personally, I blame the Internet and social media. Everyone thinks they're a comedian now, and they get plenty of confirmation bias in the form of "likes/thumbs-up". People only know how to regurgitate lack-luster "jokes" and memes. When the bar has been set so low, comedy writers will not put in the effort. That and I also think today's generation is simply not intelligent and cultured enough to get smart, nuanced humor.
@@JanetStarChild has more to do with the 6 families that own EVERYTHING, especially in the entertainment realm, wanting to push their social restructuring agenda instead of good entertainment. If we were in a true capitalistic society, their monopolies would be abolished to allow for fair competition with the new guys, but alas, as long as we have a central bank located on foreign soil (Fed has the same rights as foreign embassies!, thus their immunity to audits, despite its control of our money supply being unconstitutional as a result), we are stuck in this garbage system until the corrupt are toppled. Entertainment is just one more casualty of that ongoing battle.
The brilliance of this show. As soon as you hear the long pause between "man" and "who betrays," you know exactly where it's going. Yet it's still hilarious when you hear it.
This show is so amazing it combines humor, drama, sarcasm, satire, the best! I love you Fraiser Krane and family. :] thank you for giving me 10 years of amazingness and laughter.
such a funny scene frasier is fantastic the comedic value is absolutly fantastic love frasier cannot stop watching this scene i love kesleys(Frasiers) reaction when he looks straight ahead and to the side and then says perfect
Or he should've just started with, "I'm not a man," because the preface of "the people who know me best will not be surprised by what I'm about to tell you." Kenny saw it coming....LOL
@@heldinahtmlhell You'd assume Kenny cut him off after "principles" or thereabouts. But due to the radio delay (usually 5 to 7 seconds) and the abrupt putting on of the "Best Of", its feasible that what actually got to air was "i am not a man".
As Uma Thurman said whilst portraying Poison Ivy speaking of Mr. Freeze in Batman & Robin (1997): - Probably the last good Batman movie: "That's not a man, that.... is a God"
Even though I don't understand much of what they say I still love this show, I have to watch it with my sister to get it kekeke anyways i love this scene and this show!!!
very very funny, funniest line on the show I loved it and the show, but did anyone notice the continuety era? He starts his speech by saying hello seattle. and then the whole I am not a man speech . He then asks Roz how much of my speech got out on the air. she then stops the tape and rewinds it to the very begging and pushes play. the words Hello Seattle are missing STILL VERY VERY FUNNY
