Lol I need to move! Haha there have been plenty of pregnant mamas on my floor and they work right up until probably 36 weeks working 12s and 8s! The 4 hours and getting paid for 8 rocks! I’m planning on getting pregnant within the next year or two so I would love to only work 4 after 20 weeks! That’s so cool! Congrats you will be a great mama! Can’t wait to see the little nugget if you choose to share them!

So jealous of you working in Canada. I work in the US. work until I deliver. Only able to be out like as much vacation as I have off /: so like my last child I had 6 weeks off with her. But I’m super happy for you!
Congrats!! I should move to Canada when I have kids lol. In the USA, we usually will work until the day we give birth. And can take 12 weeks off after birth. Typically only paid for as much vacation time you have. So no where near the whole 12 weeks 😐
Sharon B That’s so crazy! In Canada we have a very socialistic government (i think that’s a word lol) so we pay lots of taxes (between 30-50% of our salary) throughout the year in order to have free health care as well as long maternity leaves, so we do technically pay for it lol😅
