So happy to see you doing videos in the new apartment. Seeing you in your new apartment is honestly so refreshing. Also, the EKG book is in the format that I learned EKG's. There is so much info but it really helps in the end! I am also a new nurse and working on the same floor that I was a tech on. I know a lot of things but there is still so much more to learn!! Good luck at your new job! You will do great!!

I also use those reusable sponge/paper towel things! I buy them from a brand called "If You Care". They are cellulose based so they can be composted at the end of their life and the package they come in is also compostable - yay no plastic! It also says you can put them in your dishwasher to clean them if they are dirty.

With delegating imagine it this way.......what if a doc came in and did your job for you? Wouldn’t you feel like he didn’t think you could do the job you were trained for? That’s what I think of when I have trouble delegating. If they are overwhelmed I’m totally fine doing things myself but they are trained for their job and it’s not fair of me not to allow them to do it.

Hey Justine, I'm local, What store did you get those reusable paper towels from? Saves an order from amazon. Lately, packages from amazon are being stolen from our porches.
