Good luck with the sale, we had a manual 2.7 in 2008 and unfortunately had 15 breakdowns in 15 months…. it was probably perfect by the time the next owner got it as everything had been replaced! It was the best all round family car we’ve ever had - when it worked - but LR had appalling customer service at the time and hence the poor reputation. I still think a well sorted one like yours is a great buy for that money.
Thanks! This one is sold already - They are such great cars but as you say - They're not the most reliable at times (although there is great aftermarket support these days)! At £3k though they represent really good value I think. Thanks for watching!
when our kids were little we had a 2001? Disco 3. loved it. Kent green ext., tan int. good thing we bought the extended warranty! great suv and peppy to! Good luck with sale!
I agree the best vehicles out there. But best colour is Bonatti Grey and it has to be Auto lol. Mines on 270,000 miles and still runs like a sewing machine. I love it.
In my opinion they are genuinely a contender for best and most versatile car ever (ignoring the various achilles heels of course)! It's one of those things, if you know you know. My last one was a Bonatti grey auto which I loved as well. Check out the HSE Luxury D4 in my other vids, that was a nice one!! Thanks for watching :)
@@Auto_Funkbest of luck with the sale. Should have mentioned Cheaper Tax bracket too unless you did say. I love seeing progress on the Corvette. Something a bit different in the UK
Glad you think so!! We love it, even though she is a beast of burden!! Come and join us tonight at 6PM UK time for our latest update... We will be in the live chat if you want to say hi!
It's the LT5 Lotus designed, Mercury Marine built engine.... Very interesting design - All alu, 16x injectors and a quad cam 32V V8... The first and only apart from the latest C8 version! Come and join us tonight at 6PM UK time for our latest update... We will be in the live chat if you want to say hi!
Ooo. Nice. Crushed PLENTY of these in work . Never got the diesel engine in the US. Plenty of them with way too many Accessories on them.... like those Taillight Guards for example... crushed plenty of the 70's ones as well. Unlike the "Native" UK Cars,"Our" US/Western Desert ones don't rust.... but that doesn't mean we don't we keep them around. We crush the Hell out of 'em! Picked up a '95 Impaia SS with a surprise under the Hood for $2200. It's got a '90 ZR-1 Engine and Manual swap! Runs and drives. Ex-GM "Zone Car" which means it was used for Suspension testing. Was later sold to an Engineering firm which did the LT/5 swap. Might keep it/might scrap it. A Black Car is not your friend here in the Desert at the moment: 127-Degrees @10:00 in the morning is Hell on Earth 😮😂!
