The Hell Hath No Hurry 50-mile trail race is only a few weeks away and I'm in the bulk of the training at the moment. Join me on a tough 30-mile day this past Sunday.
I'm focusing on staying healthy while also pushing myself as far as I can go. It's my first race since November when I ran my first ultramarathon (50k). Hope to see some of you there!

I wanted to off myself when I did my 20 mile runs training for Pittsburgh and Boston a few years back. I can't imagine going 30. You're an absolute mad man bro. I can't wait to hear how your ultra goes!

By the time I get past 15 I am completely over it haha! I got a few more weeks before the taper so I’m ready to roll

Man I’m sorry when I edit I cut a lot of that out because there’s usually a lot of wind out here. The camera is really small and I don’t think I can really fight it.
