Hi Sandra, While watching this video, I noticed that in the title of your pregnancy planner, you used the words, "Bump to Baby". I used those words in a title for a pregnancy planner I made for Amazon KDP, and I had my account suspended because those words are, according to Amazon, and the US patent office, a registered trademark. I had no idea that was the case. I got my account recovered, but my point is, its important to search for copyrighted and trademarked words before using them in a title. The person who owns the registered trademark complained to Amazon, is the reason Amazon knew about it. I don't know if that trademark is still "live" or not.

They always say that it’s so easy and that you can just throw together some basic canva template and make thousands of dollars from it overnight. Can you explain when/why we would download as PNG/PDF? I’ve noticed you upload yours easily without any issues on size and the buyers get an email from Etsy. Hello. Amazing video. So I'm new to the digital editable document world. I am on a tight budget and can't use the paid version of programs to create my documents. I started with one sheet on regular Excel and now I have no idea what to do. How do others make these documents with no lines on these sheets? What I'm trying to say is that let's say you are trying to buy a grocery shopping list on Etsy. You see that many people have created these sheets with just a list of supermarket items and a small checkbox next to it. How do they fit all these lists and columns on 1 page? 6000×6000 px is good enough to print in 20×20 inches to get 300 dpi. Can we print 6000×6000 px in less than 20 inches to get 300dpi or more?? It would be printable in less sizes? I will not change the ratio, it would be 1:1.

Hi Sandra! I have been waching all your videos and tutorials on digital products created with Canva and I was inspired to start my own small business in the stationery world. However now I have created all the templates and cards in Canva Pro, I was disappointed to see that the quality of the printed products are just not 100% satisfying to me. I have used fonts and artwork only purchased from Creative Market or Creative Fabrica, or Canva own desings, and I have downloaded it as pdf high quality. Still the fonts/texts looks pixelated/not crisp and clear. I am quite disappointed and frustrated as it seems I cannot find a way to workaround it. What am I doing wrong? Can you please give me some guindance? Many-many thanks in advance!

Creative fabrica (from what I have read in the comments) isn't reliable for digital planning/ digital products. I would personally just use Canvas free fonts & stickers. Never buy designs with your own money, only buy templates after you've made a good amount of sales so you can subtract your business materials(fonts, stickers, templates) from the profit you've made. As far as the pixeled situation, I would suggest downloading the file "regular" instead of changing the entire program to "high quality" as some fonts/ templates cant be compressed into higher resolution. It also depends on which device you're viewing the template on as well (iPad, iPhone, Blackberry etc) If you're editing on your computer then view your digital product on the same device. When you're done finalizing you can switch over to your phone or tablet just to see the quality. You aren't doing anything wrong, it's just the software. Keep practicing! You got this. xo

As someone totally new to selling anything online, would you suggest POD or selling printables? I understand to be successful in either you need consistency & hard work (&maybe time) before seeing any profit but obviously making a profit sooner rather than later is great for motivation & my bank account 😅

Hi there! I wouldn't necessarily suggest one over the other. It's the niche that matters most :) you could actually sell both POD and printables in the same shop as long as your products follow a similar aesthetic and serve the same audience

Also in the mean time, you can leverage on having a website for your ecommerce listings

Dear Sandra, is it possible for me to sell english and german birthday and invitation cards and use German and English Keywords for my German and English listings? Does ist have a negative effekt on my algorithm?? Thanks so much in advance! Maria
