Hey Thank you for the video! How many hour a week did you avg to make 90k? and would you recommend a small box truck or sprinter van? Is it hard to find work? I know someone who had a 18 foot box truck and he said it was very hard to find even small loads because a lot of companies require 26ft.
Hey, sorry that it took me so long to respond but to find loads for small box trucks is harder then to find loads for a semi truck if you want to get into any business I would say semi is the easiest and best way to go even though it requires cdl but you won’t regret it at all
Yup a NON-CDL Class A or Class B driving a straight box truck or a Dodge Ram HEMI engine with a gooseneck trailer hauling 40,000 lbs - 80,000 lbs will earn you the HIGHEST settlements. Now if you don’t have a CDL you can only haul NO MORE than 10,000 lbs of freight and you can earn decent money 💵 but having your CDL is the way to go
How did you get a dock high van chassis like this? All the ones I’m looking at are only 37” at the highest on the raised ones, most are lower than that.

As a new driver what should I ask for as far as pay per mile? I ordered a 2021 RAM Pro Master 3500 EXT high roof, my buddy has one its a 2020 he has never had a problem with it so I went with RAM I guess I will find out.
Honestly you need to stick to your rate and if you believe you deserve this rate then stay with it all the time and don’t let anyone else lowball you at all but in my case ram promaster suck badly

It came this way and to build your own box you need to pay $4,000 to 8,000 depending what kind of box you need but it will cost cheaper to go with the dealer unless you buy the box from someone
I install them myself it took me first time three hours to install it because I had to make the holes and everything call my second time when he burned out it took me only half an hour
16ft box truck is really not worth buying unless you’ll make yourself a sleeper but then you’ll be over 10,001 GVRW which will require you to have logbook if you want to have a logbook then might as well buy a 26ft box truck and you’ll be more thankful then that 16ft box truck. If you just want to do expedite then get a box truck that’s 14ft and work with that

I only stay on the East Coast but I don’t do expediting anymore I drive a semi truck but if you choose to go into expediting industry then get ready now to be at home for two weeks or three weeks at a time
I know but the money is so much better and I was having enough of that box truck of mine it would always break down until I didn’t know what to do with it anymore so I sold it and started semi trucking and started RU-vid again but this time I’m staying lol 😂 you’ve been doing RU-vid for a while now

sorry for getting back to you so late.... I used to get $3 per mile as well. Its not that hard you just have to keep on looking for a great load but I would get load at night not in the morning when everyone else wants to drive during the day and they leave with pennies
I believe so yes my dad is doing it my uncle and they are making really good money with the box truck industry but I drive a semi truck now I have new videos that I posted up
