I have been mostly unemployed since the 2008 crash. Wow, I wish I had discovered this stuff back then. I lost 40k making stupid moves in 2000 and again in 2006 and didn't think about it again. I used to kill myself as a lawyer barely making 6 figures.

@Joe Robert Trading stocks can be very lucrative when done right but will only lead to losses if you go about it the wrong way. I’ve made losses of over $10k trading as an amateur but right now my yearly trade profits is about $400k. You should probably seek guidance for more profitable trades.

He started handling my trades 3 years ago and in my first 6 months he earned me a trade profit of $125,000 with an investment of $24,000. Quite enough to make up for all losses I made as an amateur. it’s been a life changing experience.

Besides glancing at the Greeks at the time of buying the calls and puts, do you normally prefer to purchase contracts really close to expiration even if they are 1-2 days to expire or you prefer to purchase contracts with at least 1 week to expiration to mitigate the risk even if you are getting in and out? 2. i call bullshit. a real trader manage his risk. you lost $400,000 from you $1.4 million account. that is close to 30% of your account. a couple of more bad trades like that, you won't be trading anymore.

Mahendar if you’re talking about his spy trade, I think he took a couple things into account a lot had to do with how much the feds were pumping up the market. Follow him on ig. I’m pretty sure he posted about it’s few weeks back
Options trading is mind fucking. One day you think you suck and ask why you do it, ask yourself what’s wrong with you, etc. the key is to manage risk, only go big when you are 100% sure you’ll make money. Go small on 50/50 trades and lottos. Diversify with futures and other methods. Accept that some days or weeks you’ll lose money everyday and be ok with it. It’s part of the system. Stay focused and don’t beat yourself up. The next you can’t lose, making money on every trade, and love life. Once you get over $100,000 it’s easy to trade with 3-4% of your portfolio until you find the whale that will make you 400-1000% and you’ll know when to go big.
some folks just don't get it how fast you can turn profits doing this. They refuse to accept that 1 mil is not really that much to make when you start compounding profits. gratz man. by the time this volatility calms down your going to be freaking loaded. :).
A scalping strategy is only as good as the broker and platform you're using. Getting filled for a position and getting out of it in a timely fashion is critical to making that strategy work and unfortunately I find that slippage can be a problem. How do you overcome this? Is there a particular platform you recommend?
Facing the truth like a man. We gotta stop avoiding these "what if, I could have etc." and accept the present. Yes losing so much you could have bought another Lambo, a fancy house or whatever hurts the ego. But that's the difference between a loser and a winner. You learn from your mistakes, move on and kill the game. $832,589 in profits in 4 months is absolutely mind blowing my friend.
Umar, would you recommend using an offshore broker to day trade stocks and avoid PDT? They also give a 4:1 margin. My starting account balance is 500-1500. My other option is to do futures trading with a US broker since there is no PDT rule. I've paper traded both securities for a while and would be comfortable with either starting out.
You can make 8 trades per week. You can avoid the pdt rule if you hold a position overnight for 12 hours and then sell it the next day. Warren Buffet holds positions for 20 years instead of 12 hours so the strategy might work.
Lets assume Umar Ashraf is the real deal and he has made all this money (which is unlikely after taking away commission fees). Why would he waste his time to set up a trading course, give away his secrets which will make his existing positions less profitable if everyone is trying to copy the same methodology? I feel very sorry for all young investors getting sucked into his garbage. He will unfortunately make many newbie investors quickly lose money chasing short term profits in highly speculative and volatile margin trading using derivatives.
@rayman this guy umar ashray is a fake trader don’t believe everything you see, he uses a paper account and photoshops he’s trading statements in instagram. He’s been challenged before to send his last 3 months trading statement from a legitimate brokerage but has refused to do so. He main goal is to make money by selling his trading courses for thousands of dollars to gullible unsuspecting people by falsely showing himself to be a successful trader. If you want to loose everything yes, but i rather burned it all and watch it. It's more fun then watching all your money disappearing on your computer.
Doesn't matter what account size is since there are no commissions now. Everything should be done on percentage regardless of account size. 1-2% is a good way to go when starting, but 1-2% means 1-2% lost if your stop gets hit, but the total dollar value of that position could be anywhere from 5-20% of your total account depending on your stop placement. Appreciate the honesty man 100% right, dedication, hard work, lots of time and energy and probably loss of money in the learning phase. Been trading 7 months and now understand when people say how tough it is especially mentaly and emotionally, and how aggravating it can get but I believe it's all worth it.

First. When the edges are orange it means that it is a demo account. Second in the demo account it says available money and in a real account it says dollars to liquidation. He is liars.
